Abstract

Der erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffinjektor mit seiner kraftausgeglichenen Steuerhülse hat je nach Bauart einen oder mehrere der folgenden Vorteile:
- – Strömungsoptimiertes Steuerventil für einen CommonRail-Injektor.
- – Durch Verwendung von drei Bauteilen (Ventilbolzen, Steuerhülse mit Anker und Ventilscheibe) ergibt sich eine sehr einfache Lösung für das Steuerventil.
- – Der im Ventilbolzen geführte Hochdruck (CommonRail-Druck) reduziert das Führungsspiel zwischen Ventilbolzen und Steuerhülse und damit auch die Leckage um bis zu 50-70%. Bei geöffneter Steuerhülse, also während der Ventilbewegung, ist das Führungsspiel aufgrund des reduzierten Drucks vergrößert, was eine zusätzliche Sicherheit gegen Reibung darstellt.
- – Kraftausgeglichene Steuerventile mit großem Ventildurchmesser sind gut gedämpft und haben den Vorteil, nur kleine Ventilhübe zu machen.
- – Wenn der Absteuerstoß des Steuerventils nicht über den Magnetanker geführt wird, wird dieser nicht zum Schwingen angeregt.
- – Mit einem kraftausgeglichenen Steuerventil kann die Dynamik des Injektors verbessert werden.
- – Ein als Flachsitzventil ausgeführtes Steuerventil ermöglicht eine sehr kompakte Lösung mit einer sehr steilen Durchflusskennlinie.
- – Durch Verwendung eines kraftausgeglichenen Ventils kann ein sehr schmaler Piezoaktor verwendet werden, der speziell auf Hub gezüchtet ist. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, das Ventil mit einem hydraulischen Übersetzer zu kombinieren. Da vom Piezoaktor kaum Kraft abverlangt wird, kann er im Durchmesser sehr klein sein.
