Aus der oben dargestellten Konzeption des Elektromotors, insbesondere des Stators, ergeben sich u.a. folgende Vorteile:
- – Die Herstellung des Stators ist relativ einfach und kostengünstig. Insbesondere können durch Stanzen sowohl die Blechteile für die Statorteile als auch für die Verbindungselemente hergestellt werden.
- – Die Verbindungselemente sind aus demselben hochwertigen Material wie die Statorteile herstellbar. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass die magnetischen Flusslinien, welche beim Bestromen der Spulen erzeugten werden, optimal zwischen den einzelnen Statorteilen geleitet werden.
- – Die Verbindungsmittel bewirken, dass das Verbindungselement auf die Statorteile gepresst wird. Dadurch ist der Luftspalt dazwischen und somit der magnetische Übergangswiderstand verringert.
- – Das Verbindungselement ist so gestaltbar, dass die Kontaktflächen zwischen Verbindungselement und Statorteil möglichst gross ist. Auch dies bewirkt eine Verringerung des magnetischen Übergangswiderstandes.
- – Durch die besondere Ausgestaltung des Verbindungselements und der Verbindungsmittel ist die Leistung des Elektromotors erhöht.
