Verfahren zum Herstellen partiell verstärkter Bleche, insbesondere für Karosserieteile von Kraftfahrzeugen, bei dem eine ebene BauteilBlechplatine mit einem Verstärkungsblech unterschiedlicher Dicke und/oder unterschiedlicher Materialeigenschaften verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Verstärkungsblech in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt aus einer ebenen Blechplatine heraus getrennt wird,
das Verstärkungsblech auf den zu verstärkenden Bereich der BauteilBlechplatine aufgelegt wird,
anschließend mit Hilfe des Verstärkungsbleches der darunter liegende konturgleiche Bauteil-Blechbereich heraus getrennt und
das Verstärkungsblech in das Bauteil-Blech eingepresst und mit diesem verbunden wird.

Somit kann das so verstärkte Bauteilblech anschließend mit dem Verstärkungsblech verschweißt werden. Dies ist besonders einfach möglich, da keine großen oder in ihrer Breite variierenden Schweißspalte zwischen dem Verstärkungsblech und dem Bauteilblech aufgrund des Einpressens existieren. Damit wird ein einfaches und kostengünstiges Verfahren bereitgestellt, mit dem ein Bauteilblech mit einem Verstärkungsblech verbunden wird.
