Auf diesem Server werden die aufgrund der guten und schnell wachsenden Verbreitung der geeigneten Systemelemente (GPS- Gerät/Handy) zahlreichen, laufend aktuell eingehenden Informationen über die aktuelle Fahrgeschwindigkeit auf jeder Strasse zu einem "Verkehrsbild" aufbereitet. Dadurch ist minutengenau eine Aussage über die Fahrgeschwindigkeit (evtl. Stau) auf jedem Straßenabschnitt (bei genug beteiligten Fahrzeugen) möglich.
