Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anzeigevorrichtung zur Messung und Anzeige verkehrsbezogener und allgemeiner Informationen, mit einem Messgerät zur Erfassung der verkehrsbezogenen Daten und einem Anzeigegerät. Die Datenverbindung besteht zwischen dem Messgerät und dem Anzeigegerät und die von dem Messgerät erfassten verkehrsbezogenen Daten werden bei der Auswahl von anzuzeigenden Informationen auf dem Anzeigegerät berücksichtigt. Weiter erfasst das Messgerät Daten aus der Gruppe Klassifizierung, Geschwindigkeit und Anzahl der Fahrzeuge. Die Auswahl der Anzeige von verkehrsbezogenen Informationen und allgemeinen Informationen wird in Abhängigkeit der vom Messgerät erfassten Daten bestimmt, wobei die Anzeigevorrichtung derart ausgeführt ist, dass zumindest eine Aktion der folgenden Gruppe möglich ist: i. ein Wechsel der Anzeige von allgemeinen Informationen zur Anzeige ermittelter Geschwindigkeiten, wenn das Messgerät Geschwindigkeiten ermittelt, die einen bestimmten Schwellenwert überschreiten, ii. die Auswahl der Anzeige verkehrsbezogener Daten und allgemeiner Informationen erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der vom Messgerät klassifizierten Fahrzeuge.
