• 1. durch besondere Merkmale verschiedener Ursachen, die nur in ihrer Gesamtheit lösbar sind, wenn ein von mir zusammengestelltes Gesundheitsgetränk zum Einsatz kommt; es setzt sich zusammen aus 1:10 verdünnter jodierter Sole als Heilwasser, verschnitten mit Trinkwasser und Natur-Apfelsaft ohne Zucker, versetzt mit Tiefen-Kreidepulver (Meeres-Algen der Urzeit), Kakaopulver und Bio-Stoffen in Form von Extrakten zur Vitamin- und Heilwirkstoffanreicherung, ohne Verwendung von chemisch reinem isoliertem Industriezucker, als Bio-Vital-Hydrat, zum Druck- und Fließausgleich mit gleichzeitiger Versorgung der Zellen mit lebenswichtigen Stoffen über das Lymphgefäßsystem zur Reinigung und zum Austausch zwischen Blut und Zellen als wirkliche Verbesserung der Gesundheit und Lebensqualität bis ins Hohe Alter und zeichnet sich aus,
• 2. durch die optimale Zusammenstellung vieler wichtiger Inhaltsstoffe mit ihrer nachgewiesenen Heilwirkung, erfüllt das Getränk zwei entscheidende Voraussetzungen, es unterstützt den Wasserhaushalt und liefert wichtige Heilstoffe und Vitamine der Körper-Zell-Stoffwechsel-Funktion;

• 4. durch die Verwendung von 1:10 verdünnter Thermal-Sole als jodiertes Heilwasser mit Fluorid- und Schwefel-, aber auch Natrium-Kalzium-, Magnesium-, Eisen-, Hydrogenkarbonat-, Bromid- und Kieselsäure-Anteilen, habe ich viele wichtige Mineralien und besonders das Lebens-Salz mit seinen wasserziehenden Wirkungen oder z.B. zur Bildung von Magen- und Magensalzsäure, oder z.B. das Jod für die Schilddrüse u. a. zur Verbesserung des Stoffwechsels, als wichtige Inhaltsstoffe in einem Hydrat; Wasser kann man als Medikament betrachten, denn Wasser bedeutet Leben, da es die geistige und körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit entscheidend verbessert, wenn man genügend über den Tag verteilt trinkt; obwohl der Körper zu fast zwei Drittel aus Wasser besteht, verfügt er über keinerlei Wasserreserven, auf die er in der Not, bei körperlicher Anstrengung, oder an heißen Tagen, zurückgreifen kann; der Durst meldet sich leider erst, wenn der Körper bereits unter Flüssigkeitsmangel leidet, daher ist es falsch, auf den Durst zu warten, denn das Durstgefühl ist, wie der Schmerz, bereits ein Notsignal, besonders ältere Menschen empfangen dieses sowieso verspätete Warnsignal, mit noch mehr Verzögerung, denn im Alter lässt das Durstgefühl deutlich nach, trotzdem brauchen auch Senioren 2,5 l Flüssigkeit Tag für Tag, von der 1,5–2 l getrunken werden sollten und müssten-, und der Rest durch die gegessenen Lebensmittel vom Organismus aufgenommen wird; ein ausgeglichener Wasser- und Mineralienhaushalt verhindert viele Beschwerden und Krankheiten, wie z.B. Hundrose, hat die Hagebutte als Scheinfrucht und ist reich an Pektin, Vitaminen A, B, C, D, E und K, hat Gerbstoffe und Fruchtsäuren, ist gut für die Nerven, für die Lunge bei Keuchhusten, bei Durchfall, bei Erkrankungen des Urogenitaltraktes und hat alle Eigenschaften des Sanddorn u.a. Kakao, reich an Ergosterin, Vitamin D, Bioflavonide, Antioxidantien und ist gut für die Haut, für die Knochen und die Bandscheiben u.a. Kreide, gut für Osteomalacie, zur Bildung von Osteoblasten der Knochen und ihrer Erhaltung, auch im Alter u.a. Weizenkeime, reich an Tokopherol, Vitamin E, Cholin aber auch Vitamin B1, B2, B6 und H, Biotin, für den Stoffwechsel, zur Blutbildung, für die Nerven, sehr wichtig, für den Herzmuskel und gegen freie Radikale u.a. Gerstenkeime, reich an Tokopherol (Keimöl) Stoffe und Wirkung wie Weizen u.a. Roggenkeime, reich an Tokopherol ... wie Weizen Haferkeime, reich an Tokopherol ... wie Weizen Dinkelkeime reich an Tokopherol ... wie Weizen Hasenohr, verteilt überschüssige Energie, besonders in der Leber u.a. • 8. zeichnet sich mein Vital-Gesundheitsgetränk aus, wenn man es dann täglich in ausreichender Menge trinkt, dass auf hydrotherapeutische Weise der Flüssigkeitsaustausch, unter gleichzeitiger Einbringung aller Lebens-Vital-Stoffe über das Lymphgefäßsystem, die Zellen optimal versorgt sind, um damit gleichzeitig die körpereigene orthomolekulare Substanz Co-Enzym Q10 ausreichend bilden zu können, das die lebenswichtige intrazelluläre Energieerzeugung im Körper lebenslang zur Gesunderhaltung mit gewährleistet; der einzige „sekundäre Nachteil" bei der ganzen Sache ist,- man muß öfter pinkeln,- aber das tut man dann als positive Bestätigung, etwas für seine Gesundheit getan zu haben-;-
• 9. auch zeichnet sich das Getränk dadurch aus, dass ich auf den Zusatz von Kohlensäure verzichte, da es schon genug kohlensäurehaltige Getränke gibt und zu viel von diesem Stoff zu einer Übersäuerung im Magen- und Darmtrakt führt und damit die Darmflora empfindlich stört, da der Körper bei der Umwandlung der Speisen genug körpereigene Kohlensäure produziert; im Besonderen habe ich auch darauf Wert gelegt, keinen chemisch reinen isolierten Industriezucker als süchtig machenden Stoff, zur Geschmacksverbesserung dem Getränk beizumischen, da ich den allgemeinen überdurchschnittlichen Zuckerkonsum für genauso gesundheitsschädlich und als gefährlichsten Vitamin-Killer halte, denn es ist erwiesen, dass der übermäßige Genuß von Zucker, in welcher Form auch immer, eine Überproduktion von Insulin der Bauchspeicheldrüse hervorruft und damit den Fettabbau im Körper stoppt, was zu erheblichen Einlagerungen führt, gleichzeitig kann der Zucker, der als Kohlenhydrat und obligates Durchgangsprodukt, umgesetzt in Brenztraubensäure, nur von dem Vitamin B1 auch Aneurin genannt, abgebaut werden; dieses Aneurin wird in den Zellen in Form von Pyrophosphorsäureester gespeichert, das für die Bildung von Zitronensäure erforderlich ist, da nur diese Zitronensäure die Brenztraubensäure abbauen kann; somit ist das Zuckerproblem vereinfacht, ein Vitaminproblem und bei Vitaminmangel beginnt die Stoffwechselstörung und Vergiftung im Körper und damit der Teufelskreis vieler Krankheiten;- der Vitamin B-Mangel ist aber noch viel komplexer für den Zuckerstoffwechsel, der Glykogenspeicherung, den Leberstoffwechsel, den Nervenstoffwechsel, der Oxydation, der Osmose, oder dem Sauerstoffgehalt und dem Wasserhaushalt der Zelle; ein gesunder Stoffwechsel kann in erster Linie nur mit einem optimalen Wasserhaushalt funktionieren, da der Körper zu über 65% und das Gehirn sogar zu 90% aus Wasser bestehen; da alle Nervenbahnen vom Gehirn aus gesteuert werden und diese aus Zellen bestehen, also auch das wichtige Mark, speziell im Rücken und im Besonderen in den Nebennieren, in denen das Nerven-Hormon Adrenalin produziert wird (welches ich für das wichtigste Körpereigene Vitamin halte, da die Nerven eine tägliche Adrenalinausschüttung gebrauchen, auf welche Art und Weise auch immer, z.B. durch Wechselduschen (Kneipp), Sauna, Glückserlebnisse körperlich (Sex)-(dafür hat Gott, Mann und Frau geschaffen-), auch viele andere Blutdruckansteigende Kurzerlebnisse wie, Sport, aber auch Schreck, Schock oder Schmerzen u.a.), sowie das Corticosteon, Cortison u.a. in der Nierenrinde produziert werden, so erkennt man an diesem Beispiel die Zusammenhänge und die Wichtigkeit eines gesunden Stoffwechsels mit einer optimalen Versorgung von Biostoffen, Mineralien und Wasser, wobei ich die Trinkwasserversorgung bei uns für ungenügend halte, da man dem Wasser das Eisen und andere lebenswichtige Mineralien entzieht, was langfristig zu einem Defizit in unserem Körper geführt hat und die Hydrolyse aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht hat, weil weitere Defizite, durch falsche Ernährung z.B. (Weißmehl, Zucker u.a.), Drogen (Vitamin-Killer), Wassermangel und Umweltgifte aus der Chemie, dies Tag-täglich noch verstärken-; der Mangel an Mineralien und Vitaminen kommt aber auch durch Fehlsteuerung und falsche Subventionen, wie prinzipielle Förderungen von „Wachstum" um jeden Preis-(zur Senkung der Staatsverschuldung)-, was ein entscheidender Denkfehler des Menschen ist und auch zu einem Teufelskreis geführt hat, da z.B. die Massenproduktion auf dem Agrarsektor durch extensive aber auch intensive einseitige Bewirtschaftung der Böden, da die Mineralaufnahme der Pflanzen und ihre Vitaminproduktion zum größten Teil gar nicht mehr gegeben ist und gleichzeitig bei der Nutztierhaltung es bei den Tieren ebenfalls langfristig zu Mangelerscheinungen gekommen ist, was auch bei ihnen zu Stoffwechselstörungen und Immunschwäche geführt hat, oder wo sollten sonst wohl die Krankheiten wie z.B.
