In order to specify such a packaging container, in particular an infusion or transfusion bottle, which is easily openable when a pull-tab is formed, preferably without being detrimental to sterilization, the invention proposes that the cap member be made at least partially of a heterophasic copolymer PP material consists.
Description
The The invention relates to a medical packaging container such as Infusion or Transfusion bottle, with a bottle container and a cap part, these parts by welding in associated welding areas the cap part and the bottle container connected to each other are and wherein further the cap portion a tear tab and an associated Tear-thin spot and the bottle container made of a polypropylene material (PP material).
Derartige
Bei derzeitigen PE-Kappen für solche medizinische Verpackungsbehälter kann man jedoch nur mit Temperaturen bis zu 107°C eine Beaufschlagung vornehmen.in this connection becomes ordinary the cap member made of a different material, namely usually a polyethylene material (PE material), compared to the bottle container produced. This, especially from the point of view that otherwise a pull tab is not under limitation on reasonable hand forces can be produced. On the other hand, the training of a pull tab made of a PE material in such a medical packaging container insofar disadvantageous, as PE, without damage can not be exposed to such high temperatures like a PP material. There are therefore difficulties or in any case disadvantages if sterilization is to be carried out. These must have at least one longer period be made when using lower temperatures than that per se 121 ° C Must work. At present PE caps for such medical packaging containers However, you can make only with temperatures up to 107 ° C, an admission.
Vorzugsweise soll der Verpackungsbehälter auch hinsichtlich einer Sterilisation nicht nachteilig sein.outgoing from the above-described prior art, the invention the task of a medical packaging container, in particular infusion or transfusion bottle, the formation of a tear tab good openable is. Preferably, the packaging container should also with regard to a Sterilization should not be detrimental.
These Task is first and substantially solved in the subject matter of claim 1, wherein It is pointed out that the cap part - at least partially - indeed made of a PP material, but of a heterophasic copolymer PP material. Surprised was in fact found that said heterophasic copolymer PP material the formation of a pull-tab allows still with cheap Hand forces, comparable the hand forces in a PE material, openable is. At the same time is also advantageously given that this material easily withstand temperatures, as for a PP material are typical, in particular sterilization temperatures, for example in the range of 121 ° C.
Of the Although said heterophasic copolymer PP material is basically already however, as explained below in more detail it is in such a material, as he, for example sold under the trade name Borsoft SE 41OMO such as he has so far in parts with other requirements is used.
It is preferred that the material used for the cap part has a notched impact strength (measured at 23 ° C., ISO 179/1 eA) of more than 5 kJ / m 2 , preferably more than 10 kJ / m 2 and more preferably between 10 and 20 kJ / m 2 , in particular about 14 kJ / m 2 . The corresponding value measured at -20 ° C, according to the same standard, is preferably between 2 and 10 kJ / m 2 , more preferably between 5 and 7 and particularly preferably 6 kJ / m 2 .
In further embodiment, wherein the features described below also basically each for independent Meaning, However, in the context of claim 1 are described here, It is also envisaged that the cap member as such regardless an approximately trained in this closure flap of different Consists of materials.
It in particular, it is recommended that a welding area of the cap part from a usual PP material or the same material that makes up the bottle container. In addition, the cap part in any case concerning the tear tab and associated tear-thin spot consist of the heterophasic copolymer PP material. Basically enough it also, if only the thin spot, if necessary with required connection areas in the tear-open tab or the remaining cap part, from said heterophasic Copolymer PP material exists.
It is also preferred that the cap part is made as such in the two-component injection molding process. For this purpose, the cap part is subdivided into regions which are injected from one or the other component. In this case, a component is materially formed from said heterophasic copolymer PP material. In addition, it is basically also possible to produce the cap part from more than two materials. About the Welding range of a conventional or the same PP material from which the bottle container consists, the other cap part of a PE material, for example, and the pull tab with associated tear-thin spot and terminal area or also, as basically addressed, the tear-thin spot as such, only from said heterophasic copolymer PP material. In any case, with regard to the PE material, if in individual cases the sterilizability should not be in the foreground at temperatures that are not compatible with PE.
Regarding the hitherto exposed heterophasic copolymer PP material in detail different variants suitable. This material becomes also referred to as PP block copolymer material. He has one Thermoplastic phase and a rubbery phase on. This can still ethylene be used as a comonomer. The gum copolymer phase is dispersed absorbed in the polymer matrix. The matrix is homopolymer or random copolymer matrix. The rubber copolymer phase is a mixture of amorphous rubber, a rubbery polymer that is commonly used is an ethylene-propylene copolymer, and a semicrystalline ethylene copolymer.
In particular, it is a polypropylene terpolymer comprising various polypropylene terpolymers consisting of a blend of different polypropylene terpolymer compositions, further comprising comonomer units derived from ethylene and comprising at least one alpha-olefin selected from the group consisting of: is selected from C 4 -C 8 alpha-olefins. The ratio of ethylene to the C 4 -C 8 alpha olefin (s) is less than 0.3, the hexane soluble fraction being less than 6.5%, calculated on the total weight of the terpolymer.
Also die Schmelzflußrate. It is also essential that a viscosity break ratio, MFR end / MFR start ≥ 2. By MFR is meant the "melt flow rate", measured in g / 10 min. So the melt flow rate.
- 1. 60 - 90 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der hier genannten Komponenten, einer Propylen-Polymermatrix aufweisend ein Propylen-Homopolymer und, vorzugsweise, ein Propylen-Copolymer, wobei die Propylen-Polymermatrix einen Ethylengehalt von nicht mehr als 5 Gewichtsprozent aufweist;

- 2. 5 - 30 weight percent, based on the total weight of the components mentioned here, of an elastomer and
- 3. 5 to 25 percent by weight, based on the total weight of the components mentioned herein, of an ethylene copolymer polymer having a density of not more than 910 kg / m 3 and a MFR 2.16 (190 ° C) of at least 0.5 g / 10 Min. At 190 ° C under a weight of 2.16 kg.
