Abstract

Die Zerlegung eines Geschosses im Zielkörper, insbesondere eines Jagdgeschosses im Wildkörper nach dem Eindringen in diesen, bestimmt die Energieabgabe des Geschosses und damit die Wirkung des Schusses. Bei Geschossen mit Doppelkernen werden durch die Eigenschaften der verwendeten Werkstoffe der Kerne das Zerlegungs- und insbesondere das Verformungsverhalten der Kerne maßgeblich beeinflusst. DOLLAR A Zur verbesserten Steuerung des Zerlegungsverhaltens wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass bei einem Teilzerlegungsgeschoss, das zwei Kerne aufweist, von denen der eine Kern massiv aus einem geschossgeeigneten Werkstoff besteht, der andere Kern (4; 22) in zwei Bereiche (4a, 4b; 22a, 22b) aufgeteilt ist, wovon der eine Bereich (4a; 22a) aus Kugeln oder aus Granulat (5; 23) aus metallischen Werkstoffen und der zweite Bereich (4b; 22b) aus einem metallischen oder keramischen Pulver besteht und dass die Kugeln oder das Granulat (5; 23) sowie das Pulver lunkerfrei verpresst sind.
