Abstract

Lagerungshilfe (Figur 1) in Form eines ovalen Hohlkörpers mit Steg (2) in der Mitte und zwei im rechten Winkel befindlichen Schenkel (3 und 4). Die Schenkel haben verschiedene Maße, damit die Lagerungshilfe in zwei unterschiedlichen Höhen eingesetzt werden kann. Um eine angenehme Auflage der Körperteile zu gewährleisten, sind zwei Radien (5 und 6) vorhanden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagerungshilfe zur Lagerung von Patientenkörperteilen, insbesondere bei Knie- und Handgelenksoperationen.
  • Bekannte Lagerungshilfen werden beschrieben unter:

  • Bei den bekannten Lagerungshilfen sind folgende Nachteile zu erkennen: Nur in einer Größe anwendbar oder verstellbar, aber aufwendig konstruiert. Sehr aufwendiger Reinigungsaufwand, um Lagerungshilfe von allen Bakterien zu befreien, da diese mit und ohne Mechanik versehen sind.

  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine sterilisierbare Lagerungshilfe der Eingangs angegebenen Art verfügbar zu machen, die eine längerfristige ruhige Positionierung des zu untersuchenden und/oder zu operierenden Körperteils auf einfache, kostengünstige und für den Patienten komfortable Art möglich macht. Die Lagerungshilfe soll in zwei unterschiedlichen Größen an dem Patienten eingesetzt werden können.
  • Bei der Anmeldung handelt es sich um ein steriles Lagerungshilfsmittel für Knie- und Handgelenksoperationen im medizinischen Bereich.
  • Bei der Lagerungshilfe handelt es sich um einen ovalen Hohlkörper mit zwei im rechten Winkel befindenden Schenkeln(3, 4). mit abgerundeter Ecke und einem Steg (2) in der Mitte, um eine hohe Stabilisationstsicherheit gewährleisten zu können. Für die Auflage der Körperteile sind zwei Radien (5, 6) vorhanden, die eine angenehme Auflage gewährleisten. Das Gesamtgewicht des Hohlkörpers beträgt ca. 500 g.
  • Die Lagerungshilfe besteht aus einem bis zu 135° C hitzebeständigen Kunststoff. Sie besitzt eine glatte Oberfläche, ist hautfreundlich und -verträglich, sterilisierbar, waschmaschinenfest und strahlendurchlässig ist. Sie bewährt sich gut, weil der zu untersuchende und operierende Körperteil auch über längere Zeit sehr ruhig gehalten werden kann. Sollte die Stativeinrichtung zum Zweck der Überprüfung der Funktionalität des Körperteils entfernt werden, so kann diese wieder eingesetzt werden, damit das zu behandelte Körperteil wieder in die Ursprungsstellung gebracht werden kann, siehe bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen in der 1 und 2.

Claims (2)

  1. Steriles Lagerungshilfsmittel für Knie- und Handgelenksoperationen im medizinischen Bereich, aus Kunststoff, einsetzbar in zwei verschiedenen Größen, wobei es sich bei der Lagerungshilfe um einen ovalen Hohlkörper handelt, mit zwei im rechten Winkel befindendlichen Schenkeln (3, 4) mit abgerundeter Ecke und einem Steg in der Mitte, zur Sicherung einer hohen Stabilität, wobei zur Auflage der Körperteile zwei Radien (5, 6)vorhanden sind.
  2. Steriles Lagerungshilfsmittel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kunststoff wahlweise bis 135° C hitzebeständig - sterilisierbar - strahlendurchlässig - waschmaschinenfest - hautfreundlich und- verträglich ist.
