Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a method and apparatus for removal the moisture in liquid Form of moist goods in the household and in the trade.
Most dryers are electrically heated. isolated you will also find gas-fired dryers and dryers with heat pump. The electrically heated dryers are usually around a machine with a rotating drum by electric flows through heated air becomes. Realized here are the principles of exhaust air and condensation. In the case of exhaust air dryers, the previously heated air absorbs moisture and then occurs into the open while for condensation dryers the heated air for the most part circulated and by cooling the moisture is released as condensate. The supplied heat is applied to condensation dryers given up the room. The energy demand for exhaust air and condensation dryers is almost equal and is depending on the manufacturer and cost at about 3.4-4.5 kWh per 5 kg of laundry. These details apply when washing spun before drying with at least 800 revolutions per minute has been.
For drying laundry actually lower temperatures up to 50 or 60 ° C are sufficient. It is therefore advantageous to realize these temperatures by using low-temperature heat. As low-temperature heat, for example, district heating, waste heat from a combined heat and power or heat from the heating circuit can be used. As a result, the primary energy demand and thus also the CO 2 production can be reduced to about 1/3, which is also noticeable in a considerable reduction of the operating costs. The invention has for its object to provide a method and apparatus for removing the moisture in liquid form from wet goods (laundry, fruits, vegetables) by using primary energy and without forced movement of the moist goods, on the one hand to get along with a low energy consumption and on the other hand to realize a gentle dehumidification. This object is achieved according to claims 1 to 6.
Of the essential idea of the invention is that the moisture receiving air through a heat pipe, which is in contact with the moist exhaust air, preheat, then by means of one with one over primary energy heated heater on the for the wet pick up cheap Temperature to warm and this afterwards in a drying room over the still moist material streamlined to lead.

- - As heating energy low temperature heat (district heating or heat from the heating circuit of a two-family house) is supplied. The primary energy requirement can thus be reduced by more than 75% compared to electrically heated dryers.
- - Compared to a drum dryer, the abrasion of textiles is reduced to a minimum. The laundry can be dried in a very gentle way. Buckling and folding are absolutely avoided. It can be dried items of pure wool, silk and synthetic fibers, without causing any deformation or an enema. longer garments and easy-iron laundry can be dried comfortably. Drying takes place at low temperatures (around 45 ° C). This achieves further protection of the material.
- - The dryer works very quietly. Vibrations and increased noise pollution are avoided. As a rotating part, only the fan is there, which can maintain a low noise level with appropriate encapsulation.
- - In addition to laundry and garments other materials, such as fruits, vegetables, paper, cardboard, rainy clothes, shoes and others can be dried
- - The handling of the dryer is very easy. There are also provided suspension devices on rails for easier handling. These are simply pulled out, provided with the material to be dried and pushed back in again.
- - The regulation of drying is quite simple. It is sufficient only a humidity sensor to complete the drying process.
- - If desired, the dryer can also be used in cold air mode.
