Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insect screen with a chain of cross-linked and weft threads formed protective fabric for insect-tight spanning a building opening. The invention further relates to a method for producing a appropriate protective fabric.
Bauwerksfassaden eingesetzten Materialien. The human body can be radio frequency electromagnetic waves, such as those used in mobile communications Frequency range between 400 and 2000 megahertz, absorb and thereby takes depending on the specific Absorption rate energy in body tissues. meanwhile there are increasing indications that this so-called Electrosmog, which also includes low-frequency fields, for example covered by high-voltage lines, too can cause health problems. Around Here Offering solutions to problems has already been proposed, buildings against the passage of electromagnetic waves shield. However, such efforts are limited so far on those in the walls or building facades used materials.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention to make buildings more effective against electrosmog shield.
To solve this problem, that in claim 1 or 15 specified combination of features proposed. Advantageous refinements and developments of Invention result from the dependent claims.
The invention is based on the idea Shielding measures on the outer door and window openings of Buildings as far as possible without impairing use to meet. Accordingly, the invention suggested that the protective fabric with electrically conductive Shielding threads and / or an electrically conductive Shielding coating for shielding electromagnetic Radiation, especially high-frequency radiation is. This creates a synergy effect achieved that not only insects were kept, but the passage of radiation is also minimized at the same time, without having to accept optical disadvantages have to. In connection with facade shielding, the remain largely ineffective on their own achieved an optimal addition. The Dimensional stability and elasticity of the insect protection fabric used to shield the shielding material mechanical load protected to carry freely.
One especially in terms of manufacturing technology particularly preferred embodiment provides that the Warp threads and weft threads with one each Shielding thread twisted and in plain weave with clearance are interwoven with tissue openings.
To further simplify the operations, it is advantageous if the warp threads with one Shielding thread with mutual wrapping in Leno weave are interwoven.
The shielding threads advantageously consist of one Metal wire, preferably stainless steel wire.
A further improvement provides that at least the Weft threads as a soul, each with a shielding thread are helically wrapped.
So as not to disturb the optics and stick out in the To avoid tissue openings, the pitch of the Twists of the shielding threads two to four times, preferably three times the distance of the Tie points.
For the shielding effect against insects and electrosmog it is advantageous if the distance of the binding points is between 1 mm and 2 mm. It is also convenient if the shielding threads have a thickness of 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm have and at least part of the Binding sites under mutual contact are electrically connected to one another in a lattice shape.
To ensure high attenuation even in the low frequency range achieve the shielding threads and / or Shielding coating must be grounded. This can be done on a Grounding point of the protective fabric via a terminal contact take place, or advantageously in that the Shielding threads and / or the shielding coating in the Area of a tissue intake of the protective tissue supporting frame on the edge with an earth line are contacted. A structurally advantageous execution provides here that the earth line together with a the protective cord fixing the protective cord into the Tissue absorption is pinched.
To achieve sufficient strength, you should the warp and weft threads have a thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm exhibit. Another improvement can be thereby achieve that the warp and weft threads on the Bonding points are integrally connected are. For this purpose, it is convenient to use the warp and Weft threads with a thermoplastic material, preferably coated with polyvinyl chloride and attached to the Binding points are welded together.
With regard to a preferred manufacturing process for the protective fabric according to the invention suggested that the warp and / or weft threads with electrical conductive shielding threads twisted, then interwoven and then at the tie points be cohesively connected.
Es zeigen The invention is based on the in the Drawing shown in a schematic manner Exemplary embodiments explained in more detail. Show it

The insect protection device 10 shown in the drawing can be used in front of a building window in order to prevent the entry of insects and at the same time to shield against the passage of electromagnetic radiation. It essentially consists of a tenter frame 12 and a protective fabric 14 held therein on the edge side, which is provided with electrically conductive shielding threads 16 for damping electromagnetic radiation and in particular high-frequency radiation. As an alternative or in addition, suitable shielding measures can be taken by a shielding coating 16 ′ of the protective fabric 14 .
Jeder Kettfaden 18 liegt also an den Kreuzungs- bzw. Bindungspunkten 24 abwechselnd über bzw. unter einem Schußfaden 20. In the protective fabric 14 shown in FIG. 2, the warp threads 18 and weft threads 20 are each twisted with a shielding thread 16 by means of a twisting machine and the composite threads thus formed are woven together on a weaving machine in plain weave while keeping fabric openings 22 clear. Each warp thread 18 therefore lies alternately above or below a weft thread 20 at the crossing or binding points 24 .
The warp and weft threads 18 , 20 consist of a multifilament glass fiber core 26 and a PVC sheath 28 . They are mutually fixed at the binding points 24 by infrared welding of the PVC sheath 28 . Their diameter is about 0.3 mm.
The shielding threads 16 consist of stainless steel wire with a thickness of approximately 0.07 mm. After twisting, they run helically around the more rigid warp or weft threads 18 , 20 , the pitch in the exemplary embodiment shown being approximately twice the distance between the binding points 24 which is between 1 mm and 2 mm.
At least at some of the binding points 24 , the shielding threads 16 come into electrical contact by mutual contact, so that a grid-like shielding is achieved over the entire opening 30 of the support frame.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the same or similar elements are provided with the same reference symbols as in the previous exemplary embodiment. The essential difference is that the warp threads are interwoven 18 each having a Abschirmfaden 16 in leno weave, while the wefts 20 as are twisted prior to weaving, each with an associated Abschirmfaden 16 and wrapped described above.
Especially for effective shielding of low-frequency fields, it is advantageous to ground the shielding network formed by the shielding threads 16 . For this purpose, an earth connection can be made directly on the protective fabric 14 by means of a clamping contact on both sides. For optical reasons and also to avoid tissue damage, an alternative embodiment provides for contacting an earth line 32 in the area of a profile groove 34 of the supporting frame 12 which receives the protective fabric 14 on the edge with the shielding threads 16 . This can be done, for example, in that the earth line 32 is clamped together with a keder cord 36 which fixes the protective fabric 14 into the profile groove 34 ( FIG. 1).
The supporting or tensioning frame 12 can be hung in a window frame in a known manner by means of hanging tabs 36 . It goes without saying that the protective fabric described above can also be stretched in front of any building openings in other insect protection devices such as rotating frames and roller blinds.
