Description
The The invention relates to a method for purifying exhaust gases. there the exhaust gases contain substances containing heat, in particular pollutant particles and / or odor particles. It also concerns the invention an apparatus for carrying out such a method.
This is generally the destruction of the in the exhaust air contained pollutant particles and / or odor particles in the foreground. In the previously known methods of the Combustion pending airflow regardless of the concentration the pollutant particles heated to their combustion temperature become. In order to achieve the highest possible to recover the heat energy required for exhaust air purification and in order to save energy in the exhaust air purification process, be in prior art methods as a heat exchanger acting recuperators, in which the heat transfer takes place via a partition, and regenerators where direct heat transfer takes place. The exhaust air streams to be cleaned were due to heat previously heated only so far that the Pollutants could be safely destroyed. An energy intake Furthermore was not wanted and was not performed.

According to the invention will be a method of purifying exhaust gases, which in biological treatment of household waste or household waste and the heat-containing substances, namely pollutant particles and / or Odor particles, contained, carried out. In the process will be burned the heat-containing substances. The exhaust gases become heat energy at a high temperature level by burning a fuel supplied being heat exchangers alternately heat up the exhaust gases before combustion and be heated by the exhaust gases after combustion. The fuel is a regenerative fuel that is made from waste, the organic Contains ingredients, is made. In the method, heat energy is removed from the exhaust gas and used.
Energieausschleusung bzw. Energieauskopplung geschaffen. Die dadurch entstehende überschüssige Energie wird vorzugsweise zur Gewinnung elektrischer Energie oder anderweitig nutzbarer Energie genutzt.at the implementation the method according to the invention is the exhaust gases to be cleaned or the exhaust air to be cleaned more Heat energy supplied as for the destruction of the heat-containing substances, in particular pollutants and / or odor particles is required. This excess of energy can after the exhaust gas purification or exhaust air purification again from the exhaust gas or the exhaust air discharged or ejected or decoupled and into another form of energy be transformed, in particular into a usable form of energy, in particular into electrical energy. According to the inventive method, the used for exhaust gas heating or Abluftaufheizung amount of heat and the combustion of the heat-containing substances, in particular Pollutants and / or odors, required and used Temperatures over necessary for pollutant destruction or odorant destruction Limits are. This will make a safer or more complete Destruction of transported with the exhaust gases or the exhaust air heat-containing substances, in particular pollutants and / or odors, reached. Furthermore, this forms the basis for energy dissipation or energy output created. The resulting excess energy is preferably for the production of electrical energy or otherwise usable energy.
