B. ein Tunnelpasteur zur letzten Keimabtötung verbietet und damit Keime die in die Flaschen geraten sich vermehren und zum Verderb der Ware führen können. Die Anlagen müssen so gestaltet werden dass auf chemische Zusatzstoffe wie z. B. "Velgorin" verzichtet werden kann.
