Außenring 5 nimmt den mittleren Ring 7 auf, der aus den beiden Teilringen 7.1 und
7.2 zusammengesetzt ist, die wiederum gemeinsam vom Aufnahmeteil 7.3
umschlossen sind. Der mittlere Ring 7 hat die kugelige Außengleitbahn 9 und die
hohlkugelige Innengleitbahn 8. Letztgenannte nimmt den Innenring 2 auf, der
die kugelige Außengleitbahn 3 besitzt. Sowohl im Außenring 5 als auch im
mittleren Ring 7 bzw. dessen Teilringen 7.1, 7.2 sind schleifende
Lippendichtungen 5.1, 7.4 integriert, die die zugehörigen Gleitbahnen 6, 9, 8, 3 vor
schädlichen Einflüssen schützen. Das wartungsfreie Gelenklager 1 verwendet die
Gleitpaarung Hartchrom/PTFE-Gewebe (Polytetrafluoräthylen), wobei der
Außenring 5 und die Teilringe 7.1, 7.2 mit dem wartungsfreien PTFE-Geleitbelag
fest verbunden sind. Dementsprechend weisen Innenring 2 und Aufnahmeteil
7.3 des mittleren Ringes 7 die zur Gleitpaarung gehörende Hartchromschicht
auf. In der zylindrischen Bohrung 4 des Innenringes 2 ist die
Anschlußkonstruktion 11 aufgenommen, die eine Verbindung zu einer ersten
Fahrzeugeinheit eines Schienenfahrzeuges herstellt. Der mittlere Ring 7 ist mit der
Anschlußkonstruktion 12 verbunden, die eine Verbindung zu einer zweiten
Fahrzeugeinheit des Schienenfahrzeuges herstellt. Die Anschlußkonstruktion
12 ist mit der Aufnahmeöffnung 13 versehen, in der die Anschlußkonstruktion
11 hindurch geführt ist. Auf diese Weise ist mit einfachen Mitteln eine
Kupplungsvorrichtung für zwei auf einem gemeinsamen Drehgestell gelenkig
miteinander verbundene Fahrzeugeinheiten eines schienengebundenen
Gliederzuges gebildet. Es ist erkennbar, dass die Anschlußkonstruktionen 11 und 12
(Fahrzeugeinheiten) über das erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Gelenklager 1
gegenüber der Anschlußkonstruktion 10 (Drehgestell) unabhängig voneinander
gelenkig beweglich sind.
