Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for processing of process water, especially used washing water from industrial applications and from driving washing clothes, by means of filtration and disinfection. Further it relates to a device for carrying out a such procedure.
Wash water cleaning processes are divided into two mainly in physical, chemical, biological and thermal process. While the last three Process often secondary contamination in the form of a additional loading of waste water with chemicals, increased sludge production or transmission of the wastewater cause an exhaust air problem, make physical processes environmentally friendly Alternative is. The wash water to be cleaned can in this case both from washing operations in industry as well as vehicle washes of all kinds come. There are stricter environmental regulations national and international requirements are increasing Changes in the separation quality and the Ver drive. So the environmental legislation writes in certain Areas, for example, that 80 percent of ver used washing water for reuse have to be ridden. The recycled water are also a series of qualitative requirements provided either by the operator or by Legislators to be defined.
To meet these requirements are common Systems and processes used that several Reini Combine steps with each other to achieve this Way to achieve the required water quality. As Filter stage in the known systems in the Usually either sand filters, band filters, sieve filters or Candle filters used, all of which have the disadvantage indicate that they have no nominal and standardized filters able to provide. To meet the hygienic requirements to meet changes, biological changes drive used in which microorganisms the existing which consume pollutants. These procedures require professional support, and microbiology must be through a controlled addition of nutrients be kept viable. In addition, a micro produces biological sludge, which in principle ent must be taken care of, but often only in the waste water sewerage is initiated.
Furthermore, many are known in the known methods Oxidizing agents, such as ozone or hydrogen peroxide, used. Such substances are comparative costly, less environmentally friendly and lead to Part of inadequate quality of such treated waters. It is also of great disadvantage the high risk potential of the sub punch for people and the environment.
The object of the invention is a method of gangs mentioned in such a way that it is easy in the implementation is and yet all technical requirements requirements and the applicable legislation becomes. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to provide a direction for performing such a method provide.
The invention solves the first object by a ver drive with the characteristic features of the patent claim 1.
Here, several process steps are combined niert that the water is filtered very fine, like it especially from potential users, d. H. the Industry, the automobile plants and the car washes manufacturers, is required.
By the before in the method according to the invention seen disinfection become the hygienic own of the treated water also means all euros European laws, the recycling rate of washing water is more than 80 percent. The waters are environmentally friendly and can the economic cycle be fed again.
According to the invention to solve the further problem The device provided sees in particular a station wagon nation from a booster pump and a secondary switched hydrocyclone depth fine filter with auto matic sludge control before that of the pressure booster pump is loaded. The filter fineness this deep fine filter corresponds to all tech requirements of the respective application.

The process water treatment unit 20 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 essentially consists of the following components:
A high-performance depth filter 1 , an electrostatic disinfection device 2 , an electronic control unit 3 , a Systemtrennvor device 4 , three solenoid valves 5 to 7 , a pressure compensating tank 8 , an oxygenation unit 9 , a ball valve 10 , a sampling valve 11 , an automatic vent 12 , a pressure gauge advises 13 , a drain system separator 15 , a return check valve 16 and a filter drain valve 17th Furthermore, the high-performance depth filter 1 is a pressure increase pump 18 upstream. The pressure booster pump 18 can be installed externally in a reservoir as a submersible pump or on the system.
The deep fine filter 1 shown in detail in FIG. 5 has a high dirt holding capacity. The dirt load in this filter is controlled in that the filter housing is constructed like a hydrocyclone and takes advantage of its mode of action. The figure shows a filter housing 101 , which is equipped for receiving one or more fine-deep fine filter elements 105 , which take over the task of fine filtration. The filter housing 101 has a larger diameter than conventional deep fine filters and is provided in its lower region with a tangentially arranged inlet pipe 102 for the medium to be cleaned. A stepping tube 102 is, as indicated in the figure, attached at an angle α different from 90 degrees relative to the longitudinal axis of the filter housing 101 inclined slightly upward. Furthermore, the filter housing 101 has in its bottom area a sludge drain valve 103 for periodic, discontinuous discharge of solids, and an outlet opening 104 for the filtered medium.
Due to the tangential arrangement of the inlet pipe 102 on the filter housing 101 , there is an angled flow of the inner wall of the filter housing 101 , so that the resulting tangential forces can be used according to the principle of a hydrocyclone. Due to the effect of these tangential forces in an analogous manner to a hydrocyclone already in the A flow of the medium to be cleaned, all dirt particles with a size of about 100 microns in diameter are pressed onto the inner surface of the filter housing 101 . The finer impurities are then bound in the deep fine filter element 105 , while the clean medium emerges from the outlet opening 104 at the inner part of the deep fine filter element 105 from the filter housing 101 .
Since the tangential forces for holding the dirt freight are only of a limited nature, a flow stop must be initiated at regular intervals, during which the dirt load can slide along the inner wall of the filter housing to the bottom of the filter housing 101 . The sludge is then discharged together with a small amount of liquid medium via the sludge drain valve 103 at a slight excess pressure. The sludge drain valve 103 then closes again and a new filtration process can begin.
This process of periodically discharging the accumulating dirt through the sludge drain valve 103 is controlled by the electronic control unit 3 . The very large surface of the Tiefenfein filter element also favors the formation of a natural organic turf.
As can be seen from the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS . 3 and 4, such a process water treatment unit 20 can advantageously be used, for example, to treat the wastewater obtained in a car wash system 30 , 40 . In addition to the process water treatment unit 20 and the washing system 30 , the arrangement shown in FIG. 3 has, as further components, a sludge trap 31 , a gasoline / coalescence separator 32 and a process water tank 33 , these components being connected to one another by a system of supply lines.
A submersible pump 34 , a system for filling level measurement 35 and an air injector 36 pressurized with compressed air are arranged in the domestic water tank 33 . The submersible pump 34 serves as a feed pump for the hydraulic cyclone deep fine filter 1 upstream pressure booster pump 18th
In this arrangement, the submersible pump 34 is also used cyclically for two separate water circuits: a water circuit guides the wash water through a sterilization reactor 2 , which works completely without chemical additives or ozone. The second water circuit flows around the hydrocyclone deep fine filter 1 . The dirt washed off is discharged from this via a clock-controlled valve Y.
In order to keep the entire water cycle aerobic and thus to prevent any odors, air is blown into the hot water 33 located in the hot water tank 33 via a super-micro-flotation membrane contained in the air injector 36 . The micro air bubbles created in the process immediately go into the water. This aerobic state of the process water also supports the formation and existence of a natural organic lawn on the very large filter area of the hydro cyclone deep fine filter 1 .
The interaction of the various water circuits, indicated by arrows in FIGS . 3 and 4, is controlled by the electronic control unit 3 which is designed as a programmable logic controller. This control unit 3 also makes it possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to include the use of rainwater in the overall system.
This rainwater is collected in the arrangement shown in Fig. 4 in a separate storage 47 , which is in addition to the sludge 41 , gasoline / coalescence separator 42 and service water storage 43 components provided here, these components also in this case again among themselves and are connected to the washer 40 by a system of water pipes. In addition, the arrangement shown in this figure has two further submersible pumps 45 , 46 in addition to a submersible pump 44 functioning as a feed pump for the pressure booster pump 18 connected upstream of the hydrocyclone deep fine filter 1 . Of these, the submersible pump 45 is also arranged in the service water reservoir 43 and upstream of the sterilization reactor 2 , while the submersible pump 46 , arranged in the rainwater reservoir 47 , serves as a feed pump for the rainwater.
Both arrangements described above have in common that in the event of a failure of the feeder or the booster pump, the electronic control unit 3 automatically switches the system to a supply of fresh water from the outside, so as not to interrupt the washing processes. The fresh water is supplied to the process water circuit via the system separation device 4 in order to meet the hygienic requirements. At the same time, all faults are registered and signaled in the central control unit 3 .
