Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Originalitätskennzeichnung für eine Druckgasflasche, auf deren Halsring oder Flaschenhals eine Schutzkappe lösbar angeordnet ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Originalitätskennzeichnung besteht aus einem zwischen der Schutzkappe (3) und der Schulter des Halsrings (5) oder des Flaschenhalses (7) angeordneten Kennzeichnungsring (1). Aus Fig. 1 ist zu entnehmen, dass ein Kennzeichnungsring 1 mit vertikaler Vollgut- Fahne 2 zwischen einer Schutzkappe 3 und der Schulter eines auf dem Flaschenhals 7 befestigten Halsrings 5 einer Druckgasflasche 6 angeordnet ist. In der Fig. 2 ist dargestellt, das der, vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil bestehende, Kennzeichnungsring 1 um 90° beabstandet voneinander angeordnete vertikale Vollgut-Fahnen 2 und jede Vollgut-Fahne 2 beidseitig einschließende Sollbruchstellen 8 aufweist. Die entsprechend Fig. 2 im Kennzeichnungsring 1 ausgebildeten Sollbruchstellen 8 bestehen - wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich - aus unterschiedlichen Ringausstanzungen/-wölbungen. Auf den auf der Schulter des Halsrings 5 aufgebrachten Kennzeichnungsring 1 wirkt bei auf dem Halsring 5 aufgeschraubter Schutzkappe 3 ein derartiger Druck, der zu einem Zerbrechen des Kennzeichnungsringes 1 an seinen Sollbruchstellen 8 führt. Durch den auf die gebildeten Ringeinzelteile einwirkenden Kappendruck bleiben die Ringeinzelteile auf der Schulter des Halsrings 5 positioniert. Erst beim Abschrauben der Schutzkappe 3 von dem Halsring 5 der Druckgasflasche 6 und damit abnehmender bzw. ganz entfallender Druckeinwirkung auf die Ringeinzelteile fallen diese von der Schulter des Halsrings 5 und somit von der Druckgasflasche 6 herunter.
