Auch beim Einbringen des Dämmelements in einen weiteren Sandwichaufbau würde beim Verlust des Vakuums der innige Verbund des Sandwichaufbaus verloren gehen und die Gefahr bestehen, daß das Dämmelement ausbaucht oder auseinanderfällt. Die durch bekannte Verfahren hergestellten evakuierten Dämmelemente sind daher nur sehr begrenzt anwendbar, nämlich als reines Einlegeteil in ein Gehäuse, wie beispielsweise das Gehäuse eines Kohlschranks.Such a manufacturing process is widely known for example from WO 99/61503.
