Description
The invention relates to an acceptance switch for a coin validator after Claim 1.
In a coin validator there is at least one acceptance gate, which is attached coins taken to a first channel and coins not accepted to one directs another channel. Such switches are usually with electromagnets approved. From DE 26 60 744 C2 z. B. known to choose a section of a switch wise to enter or pull out of a coin channel. It is also Known to provide more than one switch, for example a second switch, which decides whether a coin to the checkout or to one Sorting device is deflected. The above document describes such an arrangement voltage. As known from DE 40 01 188 A1, such switches are mostly L-shaped formed, the cross leg optionally protruding into or out of the coin channel this is pulled out while the upright thigh with an electric magnet interacts. This usually happens in such a way that the leg is attracted to or released from the core of the magnet, whereby a spring specifies a preferred direction for the coin switch.
From DE 42 33 193 A1 it has also become known to assemble such a magnet men with a switch so that relatively low operating forces for the Coin passages are required. As is well known, the design of a magnet depends depends on how high the force to be applied is. The attraction of a magnet depends on the air gap between the core and the anchor (upright leg) from. The last-mentioned font enables a particularly small electromagnet, which considerably reduces the effort for the coin validator.
From DE 42 35 652 A1 it is also known to arrange one in a coin channel Flap, for example for sorting, to be actuated with the aid of a piezo crystal gene.
From EP 0 622 763 A1 it is known to use one of a plurality of such flaps Sorting the coins by value, which then go to corresponding coin tubes be directed to make. The flaps are pivotable about a horizontal axis stored in cash. The pivoting takes place with the help of an electromagnet. Because of this normally only makes a linear adjustment is a rotary transmission between the flaps and the electromagnet.
One of possible coin manipulations is to put coins on a thread to maneuver a coin validator into it, generate an authenticity signal and then withdraw the coin. With the help of a coin ditch, which is from the Coin must be passed before it leads to a sell signal, that can Withdrawal can be prevented. The manipulation therefore tries to Switch in the innocuous position by moving it out of the channel is moved to be able to withdraw the coin. If the flap only against one Spring biased, this is easy to do.
The invention has for its object an acceptance gate for a coin to create auditors whose position can be monitored or whose operation only via an electromagnet.
This object is achieved by the acceptance gate according to claim 1.
The switch according to the invention is based on an L-shaped switch element, such as it is known per se. The upright leg of the switch element is on one Section of a wall hinged, which delimits the coin channel. The cross blue fende leg extends in an opening in the wall section and can in the an end position of the switch element protrude into the coin channel to one divert incoming coin. In the retracted position, an incoming coin pass the switch unhindered. According to the invention is also a Slider provided, which is movably mounted on the wall section and at one end has a magnetic armature. The magnet armature interacts with a magnet coil men. The design of the anchor is particularly advantageous such that it is in the Magnet coil is in and depending on whether the magnet coil is activated or not, is pulled further into the magnetic coil or moved out of it. At a such a magnet arrangement, it is possible, even with relatively small dimensions to transmit high forces to the solenoid.
Two deflection surfaces are provided on the slide. They work with counter surfaces of the upright leg together when the slider in one way or another rich device is moved using the magnet or a return spring. Will the shoot Moved in one direction, he adjusts the soft element so that the cross is moved into the coin channel. With an adjustment of the slide in ent in the opposite direction, the leg is moved out of the coin channel and is withdrawn in the recess in the wall section, so that a incoming coin can pass the switch unhindered. Because the together effect of slide and switch element over active and counter surfaces controls the adjustment of the switch element by the slide. Is z. B. ver is looking for the switch element from the coin channel by external forces it is not possible to move it out because the slide is adjusted for this purpose would. If the interacting surfaces, which naturally inclined surfaces must have an appropriate slope, it is not possible to to apply agile adjustment force to the slide.
In the acceptance switch according to the invention, a guide in each position of the Adjustment mechanism given so that the acceptance gate in its position can be watched. The acceptance gate can only be operated via the electromagnet become. This ensures that manipulation of the acceptance gate of is excluded outside through the coin channel. It is understood that the invention Appropriate acceptance gate fulfills its function regardless of whether it is for acceptance a coin is opened or closed. Will it be after accepting a coin closed again, it is not possible to hang a coin hanging on the thread over the retract closed turnout because its operation is locked.
In one embodiment of the invention it is provided that the first active surface is on a hook portion of the slider is formed which with an inclined surface of the upright leg cooperates, which is formed in an opening of the leg. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the second active surface can be a Ramp area of the slider should be upright with the facing edge of the Interacts with thighs. The active surfaces and counter surfaces are such that they are in enclose the upright leg between each position of the slide, so that it cannot be moved from the outside.
The invention is described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings example explained in more detail.

In Fig. 1, a coin validator 10 is shown, which has a main plate 12 , and a raceway support plate 14 which is articulated via hinge joints 16 , 18 on the main plate. Main plate 12 and track carrier plate 14 form a coin channel which goes up to a coin slot 20 . A test section is assigned to the coin channel for the authenticity check of the coins. The structure of such a coin validator is generally known, so that it will not be discussed in detail. A lower cover plate 22 forms a sorting section with the main plate 12 . A switch element 24 is pivotally mounted on the plate 22 . As is apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3, the gate member 24 to an upright leg 26 and a cross leg 28. The cross leg 28 extends into an opening 30 of the cover plate 22 , which forms a coin channel 32 with the main plate 12 . The upright leg 26 has a cross-sectionally circular web 34 at the upper end, which, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 3, is received by two bearing sections 36 , 38 , and in a snap manner. As a result, the switch element 24 can be pivoted about an approximately horizontal axis. In the position shown in FIG. 3, the coin channel 32 is released downwards. If, however, the switch element 24 is pivoted clockwise, the cross leg 28 enters the coin channel 32 and causes the coins to hit the cross leg 28 and are laterally deflected by the latter. As is apparent from Fig. 1, the leg 28 has a downward slope to the left in direction of the sorting section. From here, the coin can be fed to a specific coin tube, depending on the value of the coin. If, however, the coin channel 32 is open at the bottom, a coin can be directed to the cash register. The authenticity check, which will not be dealt with further, has ensured that only coins accepted as genuine enter the coin channel 32 .
The switch element 24 is actuated with the aid of a slide 40 , which is shown in more detail in FIGS. 4 and 5. The slider 40 is designed as an approximately flat strip which has a slot-shaped rectangular opening 42 at the left end (see FIG. 1). A hook-shaped guide section 44 is formed on the plate, which extends through the elongated opening 42 and overlaps the slider 40 in the end positions to be described. In this way, the slide is guided linearly through or on the cover plate 22 . The slider 40 also has a hook-shaped section 46 in the area of the right end, which extends into an opening 48 in the upright leg 26 . The opening 48 has an oblique deflecting surface 50 and the section 46 has an oblique deflecting surface 52 , the deflecting surfaces 50 , 52 running approximately parallel and lying approximately against one another, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 5.
The slider 40 also has a projection 54 at a distance from the hook section, on which a ramp surface 56 is formed, which runs approximately parallel to the deflection surface 52 . The ramp surface 56 interacts with an edge 58 of the leg 26 . If the slide 40 in FIGS. 4 and 5 moves to the left, causing the deflection surfaces 50, 52 that the leg is pivoted ver in FIGS. 4 and 5 to the top 26th As a result, the cross leg 28 enters the coin channel 32 . The ramp surface 56 releases the movement of the switch element 24 . If the slide 40 is moved in the opposite direction, the ramp surface 56 presses against the edge 58 of the switch element 24 and brings it back into the starting position.
At right angles to the slide 40 , a section 60 is formed thereon, on which a pin is formed at right angles thereto, onto which a sleeve is pushed, which forms the armature 62 for an electromagnet 64 , ie for a coil into which the sleeve is inserted protrudes. Between the section 60 and the electromagnet 64 , a spring 66 is arranged, which biases the slide 40 to the right (in FIGS. 4 and 5). As already mentioned, the coin channel 32 is released in this end position of the slide 40 . If, on the other hand, the electromagnet 64 is activated, the armature is pulled further into the coil of the electromagnet 64 , as a result of which the slide 40 is moved to the left and the switch element 24 is pivoted in the clockwise direction in FIGS . 2 and 3, as a result of which the cross leg 28 into the coin channel 32 is moved into it. In both limit positions of the slide 40, it is ensured that the surfaces 50 , 52 , 56 and 58 guide the switch element 24 in any position, and consequently it cannot be moved arbitrarily from the outside. In addition, the guidance of the slider 40 on the cover plate 22 via the hook section 44 is ensured within this adjustment range. The slider 40 is, as seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 indicate linearly guided by a corresponding recess in the plate 22.
All parts shown in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5 are molded from a suitable plastic material, with the exception of the armature and the spring 66 , which are made of metal.
