Abstract

Der erfindungsgemäße Gasbrenner mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat den Vorteil, dass das Brenngasgemisch mit einer laminaren Strömung austritt und über die gesamte Brennerfläche eine stabile Flammenfront ausbildet, wobei eine gleichmäßige Verbrennung erzielt wird. Durch die zueinander versetzt angeordneten Schlitze bildet sich kein durchgehender Mittelsteg aus. Dadurch verringert sich die gesamte Längenausdehnung Δl bedingt durch die unterbrochene thermische Spannung, mit Δl = α·l0·ΔT, wobei α der Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient, l0 die Länge der nicht unterbrochenen Stege zwischen den Schlitzen und ΔT die Temperaturdifferenz bedeuten. Daraus folgt, dass bei versetzt zueinander angeordneten Schlitzen die effektiv auftretende Längenausdehnung um vieles geringer ausfällt als bei nicht versetzten Schlitzen mit durchgehenden Stegen. Somit können die thermischen Spannung aufgrund der auftretenden Temperaturdifferenzen besser aufgefangen werden.
