Bei der in der Fig. 5 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der Sockel 5 der Aufnahme 6 einteilig ausgeführt und der in seiner Arretierstellung bestimmungsgemäß an der Vorderseite des Ladegerätes 4 anliegende Bügel 8 starr am Sockel 5 befestigt. Der mit den Rückseiten von Ladegerät 4 und Mobiltelefon 1 anliegende Bügel 8 ist in sich ebenfalls starr ausgeführt, jedoch mit seinem unteren Ende um eine parallel zur Frontansicht von Ladegerät und Mobiltelefon verlaufende Achse 23 schwenkbar am Sockel 5 gelagert, derart, dass das Mobiltelefon 1 und auch das Ladegerät 4 durch abklappen des Bügels 8 nach hinten freigegeben werden können. In seinem unteren der Schwenkachse 23 benachbarten Bereich 24 ist der Bügel 8 mit einer Schlitzausnehmung 25 versehen, mit welcher ein Schwenkriegel 26 im Sinne eines wechselweisen Sperrens und Freigebens der Klappbarkeit des Bügels 8 zusammenwirkt. Der Schwenkriegel 26 ist drehsicher am freien Ende einer den Sockel 5 durchsetzenden Welle 27 befestigt. An ihrem der vorderen Frontseite 28 des Sockels 5 der Aufnahme 6 zugewandten Ende ist die Welle 27 drehsicher mit einem Schlosszylinder 29 eines in der Frontwandung des Sockels 5 abgestützten Schlosses 30 verbunden, derart, dass der Schwenkriegel 26 in seiner in die Schlitzausnehmung 25 eingeschwenkten Stellung durch das Schloss 30 arretiert werden kann.In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the base 5 of the receptacle 6 is made in one piece and the bracket 8 in its locking position, as intended, is rigidly attached to the base 5 on the front of the charger 4 . Halter für Mobiltelefone, bestehend aus einer auf einer Oberfläche eines zumindest relativ immobilen Gegenstandes aufliegenden und an dieser befestigbaren Aufnahme, mit welcher zwei einander gegenüberliegende, das Mobiltelefon jeweils mindestens teilweise übergreifende Bügel verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden an der Aufnahme (6) einander gegenüberliegend angeordneten Bügel (8 und 9) jeweils starr ausgebildet und mittels einer absperrbaren Einrichtung in einer wenigstens das Mobiltelefon (1) arretierenden Haltestellung festlegbar sind.1.
