Im Trockenverrottefermenter liegt das Substrat über einem Schwimmpontonboden wo es vergoren wird.
Über die Pontongs kann das Substrat mit unterschiedlichen Vergärungszeiten und allen Reststoffen dem unteren Speicher zugeführt werden.
Pontongs oder andere Schwimmkörper werden eingesetzt um eine Bewegung und damit eine Selbstreinigung zu erreichen.
Zwecks erhalt der Fließfähigkeit und Förderbarkeit der Substratsuspension wird der Feststoffanteil über einen Separator ausgesondert und dem Prozeß zur Beschleunigung des Verrotteprozesses wieder zugeführt.

Gülleleitung zum spülen und besprühen des neuen Substrates;
Druckleitung zum zuführen des Substrates;
