Abstract

The multilayer compound material consists of an absorbent nonwoven layer (1) and a film (2). A combination of fibers forms the absorbent nonwoven layer. The fibers are made of degradable polymer/copolymer together with other biodegradable polymer fibers and/or natural fibers or additives. The fibers are modified by natural starch and also by polyolefines and/or polyester/copolyester. They are formed into a nonwoven mat to be bonded mechanically by needling, or by heat, or by a bonding agent (2) or a combination of methods. The synthetic polymers are degraded by the addition of biological starch such as from turnips, sugar cane, corn, wheat, etc. The natural polymers, especially polyester, are degraded through starch, fermented starch products or bacteria, or by genetically modified plants such as potatoes or rape, especially as film fibrils or air laid fibers. They can be combined with other fiber types such as copolyamides and/or biological fibers such as jute, flax, cotton, viscose and the like, and/or degradable additives and/or films, to dissolve in water or for the complete compound material to rot. The compound material, with a nonwoven and a bonded film, has an absorbent nonwoven (1) at the upper side of the film or centrally between two films (3). The absorbent material is composed of a number of layers with different compositions, where super-absorbent fibers can be bonded into the structure to absorb and hold more liquid. The absorbent medium is a number of bonded nonwovens. A film is laminated to the upper side of the absorbent layer, and also the under side if required. It has a self-adhesive non-slip surface (4) or it has contact bonding strips (6) which can hold it to a carpet. It can also have perforations (5). The absorbent medium is composed of 100% regenerated fibers. The absorbent layer has a weight of 40-300 g/m<2>, and the film thickness is 20-200 m, and pref. 50 m. The compound material can be given a thermoplastic shaping, such as by deep drawing, through the integration of polyolefines.

Description

The invention relates to a fleece, which with a moisture barrier short (barrier layer) on the upper and / or bottom is provided. This barrier layer can e.g. B. made of biodegradable plastic or a special paper. The plastic can be applied by lamination or coextrusion. This creates a multi-layer, biodegradable and compostable protection system, a so-called fleece and Foil composite system. Through the use of suitable fleeces and foils, the whole is To design the fleece and film composite system so that there is a single product.

On various occasions it is useful to place carpets or other pads on hard or soft To fix floors. Generally, here is the reduction of a possible accident risk, i.e. the reduction of the danger of slipping. Furthermore, when using stronger nonwovens, there is a noticeable improvement in comfort observe, as an additional damping of the impact sound is achieved here.

The means used so far have some serious disadvantages:

T. verhältnismäßig aufwendig zu fertigena) They are usually not biodegradable and z. T. relatively expensive to manufacture
  • b) Sie sind z. T. sogar sog. You are e.g. Sometimes even so-called composite materials that have to be disposed of as special waste!
  • c) Sie wirken unterschiedlich gegen harte und weiche Bödenc) They work differently against hard and soft floors

The present invention is therefore based on the object of a multilayer, biodegradable and / or compostable and / or single-grade non-woven film composite system for fixing textiles or textiles To create flooring.
