Abstract

Phakoemulsifikationssystem umfassend:
ein Phakoemulsifikationshandstück mit einer Nadel, welche an der distalen Spitze eine Last aufweist;
eine Energiequelle zum Bereitstellen elektrischer Leistung, welche eine Antriebsspannung für das Handstück aufweist, um die Nadel ultraschallförmig zu vibrieren;
eine Steuereinheit, welche es ermöglicht, dem Handstück elektrische Leitung in Pulsen bereitzustellen, welche einen Pulsarbeitszyklus und eine Pulswiederholungsrate von zwischen ungefähr 25 und ungefähr 2000 Pulsen pro Sekunde aufweist und welche die Antriebsspannung der elektrischen Leistung in Antwort auf eine Veränderung der Last der Nadel anpasst.

Claims (3)

  1. Phakoemulsifikationssystem umfassend: ein Phakoemulsifikationshandstück mit einer Nadel, welche an der distalen Spitze eine Last aufweist; eine Energiequelle zum Bereitstellen elektrischer Leistung, welche eine Antriebsspannung für das Handstück aufweist, um die Nadel ultraschallförmig zu vibrieren; eine Steuereinheit, welche es ermöglicht, dem Handstück elektrische Leitung in Pulsen bereitzustellen, welche einen Pulsarbeitszyklus und eine Pulswiederholungsrate von zwischen ungefähr 25 und ungefähr 2000 Pulsen pro Sekunde aufweist und welche die Antriebsspannung der elektrischen Leistung in Antwort auf eine Veränderung der Last der Nadel anpasst.
  2. Phakoemulsifikationssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinheit so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Antriebsspannung in Antwort auf ein Ansteigen der Last der Nadel erhöht, und die Antriebsspannung in Antwort auf ein Abnehmen der Last der Nadel absenkt.
  3. Phakoemulsifikationssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinheit es ermöglicht, dass der Pulsarbeitszyklus variiert werden kann.
