Patentanspruch:Claim:
A method for stretching and fixing of cords, ropes and netting, characterized in that during the Vestreckvorganges a metal bath is passed through.
The invention relates to a method for drawing and fixing of cords, ropes and nets. As is known, the following media are used for stretching and / or fixing textile fabrics and thread constructions: hot air, hot water, steam, infrared rays and fixed contact heat generators. The purpose of stretching and fixation may be different, e.g. B. Reduction of the dimensional change during use, improvement of the knot seat in knotted nets, stress compensation of the chemical silk over the cross section of the textlien Flächengebiide or thread constructions, improving the grip, reducing the roughening and increasing the run length or reduction in basis weight for the same or improved material properties , The products, in particular cords and ropes, are passed continuously or discontinuously under tension or without tension through or over the fixing media in the presence or absence of oxygen. The fixing time, fixation temperature and fixing effect achieved are different depending on the stretching and fixing technology.
Due to the known stretching and fixing methods, a substantial stretching and fixing effect is not always achieved without operating a higher technical effort. In order to obtain a uniform fixation over the cross section, especially in strong textlien fabrics and thread constructions, long fixing distances and fixing times are necessary because the heat transfer in the known fixing media is slow. This often requires large space requirements of the fixing. There is a risk, especially at high fixing temperatures, that the outer layers of the textile undergo thermal damage, more so if oxygen is present in the fixing zone. If hot water or other liquid fixing media find application, the textile material must be dried after the fixing process. Because of the slow heat transfer, especially with gaseous media, a uniform temperature distribution in the fusing zone is not always guaranteed. When using hot water or saturated steam at fixing temperatures above 100 0 C is to work with increased pressure, which is known to exclude a continuous fixing. To make the fixing zone oxygen-free, is an increased effort, eg. B. Initiation of Sticksoff, necessary. In the known fixing a high energy consumption is required.
Purpose of the invention is to eliminate the identified technical-economic deficiencies or largely limit. In addition, it should be achieved that the end product can be brought in a better quality. The object of the invention is to make the fixing zone and the fixing time short with low energy consumption, pressure-free working and uniform stretching and fixing effect on the cross section of strings, ropes or netting. The presence of oxygen in the fixation zone should be avoided without additional effort. The fixing temperature should cause the same with almost no thermal damage during continuous passage of the textile, so that the substance strengths are maintained. The basis weight of the netting or the fineness of cords or ropes should preferably be reduced; A post-treatment should be omitted and the temperature distribution in the fixing zone should be uniform. The tension of the processed chemistry silk is to be compensated by the cross section of the textile material and thus the roughness tendency to be reduced.
According to the invention, the method provides that the drawing operation takes place during the passage through a metal bath. By guide rolls o.a. the netting to be fixed is directed so that it passes through the metal bath in a planar manner and is fixed by direct contact with it; with laces and ropes these are passed through individually or in droves. The desired voltage is applied by known Vestreckeinrichtungen. For the metal bath metals or alloys in question, the melting point of which is below that of the textile material to be fixed, in particular lead-tin-bismuth-cadmium and lead-bismuth-tin alloys.
The inventive solution results in a considerable energy savings, since the heat transfer from the metal bath to the textile material is much cheaper than in the known fixing. As a result, a shorter fixing path and fixing time are made possible, so that the entire drawing and fixing can be kept small. The fixing effect and the stress distribution over the cross section of the textile material is largely uniform. A thermal damage to the textile material is largely excluded, since this is fixed only briefly and in the absence of oxygen at temperatures below the melting point of the pulp. With the solution according to the invention can be achieved with the same or better strength properties of the textile material when using known suitable stretching a maximum run length increase or reduction in basis weight. The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment:
