Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine transportable Toilette insbesondere fuer das Campingwesen, wobei der Spuelwassertank 1 vom Abfalltank 2 abgetrennt werden kann. Die erfindungsgemaesze Toilette zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dasz auf dem Abfalltank 2 ein auszen liegender Drehschieber 5 angeordnet ist, der mittels der ebenfalls drehbaren Auffangschale 3 betaetigt wird. Zu diesem Zweck besitzt der Abfalltank 2 eine kreisfoermige aeuszere Fuehrung 6 fuer den Drehschieber 5 und der Spuelwassertank 1 eine ebensolche Fuehrung 12 fuer die Auffangschale 3. Der exzentrisch angeordnete Stutzen 10 der Auffangschale 3 greift in den ebenfalls exzentrischen OEffnungsstutzen 7 des Drehschiebers ein. Bei dieser Anordnung wird die Verwendung eines aeuszeren Drehschiebers ohne Dichtungsprobleme moeglich. In der bevorzugten Ausfuehrungsform ist der Spuelwassertank 1 ringfoermig dem zylindrischen Teil 4 des Abfuelltanks 2 angepaszt ausgebildet. Zur Verbindung beider Behaelter ist dann die Mantelreibung ausreichend und eine Verriegelung entfaellt. Beide Behälter bilden für sich genommen geschlossene Einheiten. Der Spülwassertank ist mit einer Auffangschale versehen, deren Stutzen mit dem Abfalltank in Verbindung gebracht werden kann. Zur Verbindung von Spülwassertank und Abfalltank sind seitliche Spanneinrichtungen (DE-AS 1937754) und verschiedene Verriegelungen (DE-AS 2560023, US-PS 4180876) bekannt. Die seitlichen Spanneinrichtungen sind relativ kompliziert und ragen aus der Außenkontur der Toilette heraus, so daß sich der Platzbedarf vergrößert. Die linear zu betätigenden Verriegelungen beruhen auf der Verschiebung von Verbindungsbolzen eines Bauteils in mit Durchgangsbohrungen versehenen Langlöchern des anderen Bauteils. Die lineare Betätigung birgt die Gefahr der Verkantung. Der Verschluß der oberen Öffnung des Abfalltanks erfolgt meist durch linear zu betätigende Schieber, die unterhalb der oberen Öffnung des Abfalltanks angeordnet sind (DE-PS 2560205). Das Betätigungselement wird dabei durch eine Bohrung des Abfalltanks geführt. Auch hier besteht eine Verkantungsgefahr. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Verriegelung zwischen Abfalltank und Spülwassertank zu vermeiden. Die übereinander angeordneten Behälter sollen sich sowohl selbst zentrieren als auch im Gebrauch nicht voneinander abheben lassen. Weiterhin soll die Verschlußvorrichtung des Abfalltanks ohne Verkantungsgefahr betätigt werden können. Komplizierte Dichtungen für das Betätigungselement der Verschlußvorrichtung sollen vermieden werden. Es ist ferner Ziel der Erfindung die Anzahl der Bauteile zu verringern, eine Auswechslung der Auffangschale zu ermöglichen sowie den Werkzeugbau und die Fertigung zu vereinfachen.The aim of the invention is to avoid a lock between the waste tank and flushing water tank. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Formgebung der übereinander angeordneten Behälter so zu wählen, daß sowohl eine ausreichende Zentrierung als auch ein genügend großer Widerstand gegen das Abhoben beim Gebrauch vorhanden ist. Eine freie Bewegung eines Drehschiebers soll ohne spezielle Dichtung von Betätigungselementen möglich sein. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Abfalltank einen oberen zylindrischen Teil mit einer kreisförmigen äußeren Führung besitzt, in der ein mit einem exzentrischen Öffnungsstutzen versehener äußerer Drehschieber drehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Stutzen der Auffangschale in den Öffnungsstutzen des Drehschiebers eingreift und die Auffangschale in einer kreisförmigen Führung des Spülwassertanks drehbar gelagert ist. Der Spülwassertank ist ir der bevorzugten Ausführungsform ringförmig dem zylindrischen Teil des Abfalltanks angepaßt ausgebildet. Die dabei vorhandene Mantelreibung verhindert das Abhoben des Oberteils bei der Benutzung. Zur Sicherung gegen Verdrehung ist der obere Teil des Abfalltanks mit einer seitlichen Erweiterung versehen, die einer passenden Aussparung des Spülwassertanks entspricht.The invention has for its object to choose the shape of the stacked container so that both a sufficient centering and a sufficiently large resistance to the lifting in use is present. Die Toilette besteht aus dem Abfalltank 2 und den ringförmig darüber gesetzten Spülwassertank 1 in dem die Auffangschale 3 drehbar gelagert ist. Der Abfalltank 2 ist an der Unterseite rechteckig mit einer kreisförmig ausgebildeten Seite geformt (Fig. 4), während das Oberteil 4 eine zylindrische Form mit einer nach einer Ecke der Unterseite gerichteten rechteckigen Erweiterung 14 hat.
