In die Installationssäule läßt sich das Versorgungskabel einziehen und in dem im Säulenkopf eingebauten Kabelverteilerkasten anschließen. Der Teilnehmer kann von dort aus sein Anschlußkabel in das Haus einführen lassen. Die Verlängerung 11 weist Einformungen 12 mit eingepreßten Gewindebuchsen 13 für Montageschrauben 14 auf. Die Haube 5 ist auf den Säulenkopf 4 aufschiebbar und mittels eines Schlosses 15 verriegelbar. Die Haube 5 weist eine Ausformung 16 mit einer auf der Ausformung befestigten Führungsplatte 17 zum teilweisen Übergreifen der Verlängerung 11 der einen Schafthälfte 2 a auf. Auf der der Verlängerung 11 gegenüberliegenden Seite ist in die Haube 5 das Schloß 15 eingesetzt und weist die andere Schafthälfte 2 b ein zugehöriges Schloßblech 18 auf.
