Description
The invention relates to an agent and method for preventing or delaying the formation of ice on outdoor insulators and can be applied to all currently known insulators.
Zur Verhinderung derartiger Ausfallursachen ist es notwendig, die Freiluftisolatoren frei von winterlichen Ablagerungen, Insbesondere von Eiszapfen zu haltenForeign-layer disturbances on open-air insulators occur at temperatures around O 0 C, despite the desired design of the insulation in accordance with the regulations. This is at a significant proportion of the disturbances on the strong reduction of the insulating capacity of the outdoor insulators by melting hoarfrost, snow or ice deposits, in particular by the low utilization of Kriechüberschlagsstrocke icicles on the screen edges of the insulators in support, in conjunction with increased environmental pollution by electrolytic Attributed to dusts and gases. To prevent such causes of failure, it is necessary to keep the outdoor isolators free of winter deposits, especially of icicles
Bekannte technische Lösungen zur Eisfreihaltung bzw. Trockenhaltung von Freiluftisolatoren sind: Known technical solutions for keeping ice or dry keeping of outdoor insulators are:
- Beblasen der Isolatoren mit Warmluft (H 01 B 17/50-DD126 850, H 01 B17/52-DE 3102613)- Blowing the insulators with hot air (H 01 B 17/50-DD126 850, H 01 B17 / 52-DE 3102613)
- Erwärmen der Isolatoren von innen heraus (H 01 B 17/52-DD 116526, DE 698648) Einbau von Isolatoren mit Halbleiterglasur (H 01 B 17/52- DE 2633289)- Heating of the insulators from the inside out (H 01 B 17/52-DD 116526, DE 698648) Installation of insulators with semiconductor glaze (H 01 B 17 / 52- DE 2633289)
Des weiteren ist bekannt, die Oberfläche der Isolatoren mit hydrophoben Schutzschichten zu überziehen (H 01 B 17/50 -- Insulating tube laid on the screen edges of the insulators with a heat transfer medium {Η 01 B 17/52 - DD 245972) All the solutions mentioned require a high level of technical complexity and are technically difficult to realize. Furthermore, it is known to coat the surface of the insulators with hydrophobic protective layers (H 01 B 17/50 - US Pat.
DD 119493). These coatings, however, are subject to a certain aging and are not suitable for preventing the formation of iron.
The object of the invention is to develop a means and method using available raw materials with which the insulation-reducing ice sheets are retarded from insulation and thus to improve the supply reliability of the customers.
-2- 294 812 Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung-2- 294 812 Presentation of the Essence of the Invention
The known solutions for keeping ice of outdoor insulators are on the one hand associated with a high cost in their implementation and maintenance and on the other hand not fully effective by the spraying of the coatings. Therefore, the object was to develop a means and method, whereby the ice accumulation on the insulators is effectively prevented or delayed.
According to the invention means and methods for preventing or delaying the ice accumulation of outdoor insulators with frequent moisture exposure essentially characterized in that on the dry as possible surface of the outdoor insulators an antifreeze layer consisting of a silicone grease with a penetration of 110 χ 10 "'mm to 360 x 10 "'mm, containing between 30Ma .-% and 60Ma .-% of polyhydric water-soluble alcohols and / or polyglycols and between 0.6 and 9 .-% Ma .-% of an emulsifier, in a thickness of 0.1 mm 5 mm is applied by means of a spray gun or other application method before the beginning of the winter period. Advantageously, be verwendot as a water-soluble alcohol and 1,3 butylene glycol as the emulsifier is a non-ionic complex emulsifier, which is a natural mixture of saturated fatty alcohols of chain length C ^ 18, and a partial ester hochoxethylierten fatty alcohols of high molecular weight saturated fatty acids with glycerol. The most favorable concentration ranges in the case of 1,3-butylene glycol are 45% by mass to 65% by mass and in the case of the emulsifier 6% by mass to 8% by mass. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the basis is a silicone grease having a penetration of 180 χ 10 "'mm to 300 x 10" 1 mm is used.
By applying such a grease, preferably in a layer thickness of about 1 mm, on the insulator surface as dry as possible, an effective protection against icing is achieved. The duration of the protection is surprisingly much higher than the very low amount of antifreeze fat can expect. It is at an average rainfall of 350 l / m 2 and temperatures up to -15 0 C about 4 months. Subsequently, a new protective layer can be applied without removing the old, partially used protective layer. Conveniently, the protective layer is applied by means of a spray gun or brush. As already described, the surface of the insulators should be dry, small residues of moisture such. B. mist precipitation but do not interfere. Means and methods prevent the formation of ice coverings on insulators in tension or inclined position with frequent precipitation.
