Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schutzgeifinderfür Arteten an Flachdächern. The invention relates to a Schutzgeifinderfürarten on flat roofs.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
Flat roofs on multi-storey residential and community buildings must be maintained in a regular cycle of 3 to 4 years, and if necessary, renewal of the entire roofing is required. Are large-scale work on flat roofs by several people perform so their ropes is inappropriate and disturbs the flow of work.
Rather, a fall protection is to be established. Contrary to the work on new buildings, where guardrail can be mounted on the Montageöson, there is no possibility for the attachment of SchutzgelBndern of this kind in reconstruction measures and the value preservation of old flat roofs, dda that on a closed roof surface no attachment points are present. It must therefore be done a complete equipment of the building or setting up a guard railing on the edge of the flat roof. Since a complete equipment is too expensive, the establishment of a protective railing is predominantly practiced, which is fixed positively or by clamping effect on the roof body. The form fit is z. B. achieved by a arranged on the railing foot movable molding is inserted into a corresponding recess in the building, locked and tightened.
In another variant of the mounting railing foot is in an eye, which is attached to the surface to be secured, used and braced. The attachment of the guardrail is done exclusively by screwing.
The attachment of the guardrails by clamping action is achieved by spreading the principle of the screw clamp or in cylindrical or conical holes.
Since the construction and dismantling of guardrails at the edge of the flat roof, ie in fall risk areas, takes place, the persons hereby entrusted otherwise, for. B. by individual fall protection, against falling accidents are secured until the railings completely assembled or dismantling is completed and the persons entrusted with this have left the fall risk area.
The use of the individual fall protection agents requires an additional economic outlay which results from the provision of the individual fall protection means and the production of suitable attachment points therefor.
To rule out the danger of falling during assembly and disassembly, a fast-guard railing is already known (DD 148363), which has a railing with locking and clamping jaws, which is pulled over a free edge of the building and clamped by means of an eccentric attached to the railing frame on the building. A disadvantage of this guard railing is that its application can only be made on buildings where free Baukörperkenten are present. This disadvantage is eliminated by a guard rail according to DD 155341 characterized in that it is braced in sleeves that are to be admitted into the building.
Another useful solution for flat roofs is the fall protection for roof works according to DE-OS 3132193 with a fixed in the roof surface by means of dowels plate with RohrhQlsu, in which a spindle tube with a firmly and waterproof pressed on the roof surface sealing cap is attached, is.
For both guard bands, however, special fasteners are required on the structure or in the roof itself, which either are not present or constitute areas where leaks may occur.
einem gelingen Zeitaufwand vorgenommen werden kann, spezielle Befestigungsmittel am Bauwerk nicht erforderlich sind unddie Zugänglichkeit zur gesamten Dachfläche gewährleistet ist.a successful time can be made, special fasteners are not required on the building and accessibility to the entire roof surface is guaranteed.

The guardrail consists of fixed tubular frame with vertical standpipes 1 and horizontal safety tubes 2. The safety tubes 2 are formed open at the sides and in the opposite openings of the securing tubes 2 of two adjacent tube frame connecting tubes 3 are inserted. The standpipes 1 are mounted in support legs 4, which are formed from an angled box profile and vertically displaceable on the standpipe 1. In order to increase the contact surface of the support leg 4, the horizontal part of the support leg 4 is provided with a support plate 12. The support legs 4 are connected via a counterweight tube 5 with a counterweight 6, wherein the horizontal part of the support foot 4 receives the counterweight tube 5. The counterweight β is formed from a box profile with a transport handle 13 and a fixed weight, an additional weight 9 which can be inserted into the box profile and a receptacle 10 for the counterweight tube 6. The counterweight, chtsrohr S is formed bent. The connecting pipes 3 are formed vertically offset in the corner, provided with vertical tube sleeves 7 and arranged with these tube sleeves 7 one above the other. In the stacked tube sleeves 7, a holding tube 8 is inserted vertically to below the edge of the lowermost tube sleeve 7.
This ensures freedom of construction or accessibility in the corner area. The support legs 4 are provided on both legs with Knebolschrauben 11. As a result, on the one hand, the support foot 4 can be raised to ensure freedom of installation (see Fig. 2) and, on the other hand, the counterweight tube 6 in the support foot 4 can be braced. The securing tubes 2 are also provided with toggle screws 11 on the outer sides in order to fix the tension between the connecting tubes 3 inserted between two tubular frames. The receptacle 10 of the counterweights β is also equipped with a toggle screw 11 in order to clamp the counterweight tube 5.
Im Eckbereich sind Verbindungsrohre 3 mit Rohrhülsen 7For the support legs 4 a box section was chosen. As a result, an impairment of the mobility between the standpipe 1 and the support tube 4 is switched off by settling dirt between the two. The protective railing according to the invention can be mounted on all roof surfaces with internal drainage, so roofs with a slight inclination to the center of the building. For this purpose a Rohrrahmenn is provided at a safe distance from the roof edge with the support legs 4, in the support legs 4, the counterweight tubes 5 are inserted and clamped and attached to the counterweight tubes 5, the counterweights β. Subsequently, with the Transportgriffon 13 to the counterweights β of the now stable tubular frame on the roof surface moved so far until the support legs 4 are at the roof edge. Then the additional weight 9 is inserted into the box profile of the counterweight β. Due to the division of the counterweight 6 a better handling during transport and construction of the guard rail is achieved. In the same way, the next tubular frame is erected, but with a certain distance from the adjacent tubular frame. Then, the connecting pipes 3 are fixed between two pipe frames. In the corner are connecting pipes 3 with pipe sleeves. 7
zu verwenden und abschließend Halterohre 8 senkrecht einzustecken. Durch die Abkröpfung des Gegengewichts: ohres 5 ist dieto use and finally holding tubes 8 to insert vertically. By the bend of the counterweight: ear 5 is the
