Zweistufige Einrichtung zur Wasserreinigung von Erdöl Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung Two-stage device for water purification of petroleum Field of the invention
The invention relates to the field of water purification, and more particularly to a two-stage water purification apparatus.
In a water purification of petroleum, in which case λ by the term "petroleum" the actual crude oil, the liquid hydrocarbons separated from petroleum and various oils are to understand oil films, larger petroleum droplets and emulsified petroleum segregate. Petroleum films and large petroleum droplets can be prepared without special difficulties by known methods, for. B. be removed by clarification. It is much more difficult to eliminate petroleum emulsified from water and, in particular, finely emulsified. The most common method of water purification of emulsified petroleum is filtration.
Das zweite Filterelement(There is a two-stage device for purifying water of (petroleum known (SU, A, 271804). This known device comprises a first housing in the cavity of the first filter element is accommodated, and a second housing, in the cavity of the second filter element is accommodated . the cavity of the first housing is connected via a pipeline to the cavity of the second housing. the first filter element is made of a coarse fabric and forms, together with the cavity of the first housing, the first purification step. the second filter element comprises a fine-grained substance which between two layers of a coarse-grained substance is arranged
The water is first cleaned of petroleum films and drops and then pumped through the first and second purification stages, thereby retaining a substantial portion of the emulsified petroleum in the first and second stage filter elements.
However, this known two-stage device for water purification of petroleum does not allow water purification of fine emulsified petroleum, because v or the first nor the second filter element is able to absorb petroleum particles with dimensions below 50 / um.
The aim of the invention is to make it possible to purify water of finely emulsified crude oil with a high labor productivity.
The invention has for its object to provide a two-stage device for water purification of petroleum using a filter medium, wherein a height ratio of the filter elements of the first and the second stage is geveählt such and the cavity of the housing of the first stage is dimensioned such that an excretion ., And a subsequent elimination of a substantial proportion of the emulsified petroleum particles from the water to be purified after its passage through the filter element of the first stage is effected and thereby high performance in the process of water purification of fine emulsified petroleum particles is ensured.
A device for water purification of petroleum, comprising a first housing, in the cavity of which the first filter element is housed, and a second housing, in the cavity of the second filter element is housed and the cavity of the first housing is connected to the cavity of the second housing, according to the invention Cavity of the first housing is carried out a settling chamber, wherein the height ratio of the first and the second filter element is 0.4 · to 0.65 and the ersce and the second filter element made of an oleophylen foam, the open and blind pores with a passage cross section of 10 to 60yum, and the total volume fraction of said pores constitutes 45 % of the filter medium volume.
In the two-stage water purification apparatus, the height ratio of the first and second filter elements is 0.4 to 0.65, and the first cleaning step provides a settling chamber. This design provides for agglomeration of a substantial portion of the fine emulsified petroleum particles as the water to be purified passes through the first stage filter element and leaches the agglomerated particles into the settling chamber and their subsequent removal from the settling chamber, and full absorption of the finely emulsified petroleum particulates through the filter element the second stage remaining in the purified water after the first purification stage.
The solution according to the invention will be explained in more detail in an embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing, which shows a two-stage device for water purification.

A two-stage device for water purification contains a pre-cleaning chamber 1, which is connected by means of a pipeline to a first housing 3. In the cavity of the first housing 3, a first filter element A and a settling chamber 5 are housed. The settling chamber 5 is connected via a pipe 6 to the pre-cleaning chamber 1. The outlet opening 7 of the first housing 3 is connected by means of a pipe 8 to the inlet opening 9 of a second housing 10. In the cavity of the housing 10, a second filter element 11 is housed. In the housing 10, an outlet opening 12 is provided. The filter elements 4 and 8 are made of an oleophylene foam having open and blind pores with a passage cross-section of 10 to 60yum, the total volume fraction of said pores being at least 45 % of the filter medium volume. The first filter element 4 together with the cavity of the first housing 3> wherein the settling chamber 5 is executed, represents the first cleaning stage. The second filter element 11 together with the cavity of the second housing 10 represents the second cleaning stage.
The water to be purified passes zuerat in the Vorreinigungskammer, wherein larger petroleum droplets and petroleum films are separated. The purified from larger oil drops and petroleum films water passes through the pipe 2 in the lower part of the cavity in the first housing 3 passes through the first filter element 4 and passes through the pipe 8 in the upper part of the cavity in the second housing 10, passes there second filter element 11 and is discharged via the outlet opening 12. As the water passes through the first filter element, some of the fine emulsified petroleum particles precipitates in the pores of that element, while the other part collapses and as large drops through the flow of water into the

Settling chamber 5 is lifted. From the settling chamber 5, the upper water layer, in which large drops of petroleum are contained, passes via the pipeline 6 into the prepurification chamber 1. In this way, the first filter element also functions as a coalescing element. In other words, the oil contained in the water to be purified oil is supplied to the filter element 4 in the emulsified state and flows out of this as large drops that are easily deposited in the pre-cleaning chamber 1. In the cavity of the second housing 10 passes water containing only a minor portion of the emulsified petroleum. The second filter element 11 functions as a saturation filter. In experiments, it was found that the height ratio of the first filter element 4 and the second filter element 11 should be from 0.4 to 0.65. At this height ratio, optimum conditions are achieved for saturating the filter elements 4, 11 and at the time of a coalescence process in the first cleaning stage As a coalescing element, the service life of the filter element 11 is shortened and it is forced to regenerate or replace it more often.
With a height ratio of the filter elements larger than "0.65, the hydraulic resistance in the water passage through the first filter element 4 greatly increases, and in both cases, the performance of water purification is lowered.
