Description
Ausführungsbeispielembodiment
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert werden. Zur Wärmerückgewinnung aus Rauchgasen braunkohlegefeuerter Verbrennungsanlagen wird ein Rohrbündelwärmeübertrager eingesetzt, bei dem in den Rohren Wasser und um die Rohre Rauchgas strömt. Der Dampferzeuger hat eine Auslegungsleistung von 6,5t/h Dampf, wobei die Parameter des Speisewassers und des Dampfes zumindestens während der Messungen den Auslegungswerten entsprechen. Die Messung der Medienein- bzw. Austrittstemperaturen an dem Wärmeübertrager erfolgt mittels entsprechender Thermoelemente. Vor jeder Messung werden die Massenströme eingestellt und etwa 30 Minuten konstant gefahren. Am Wärmeübertrager wird ein Wassermassenstrom von 10m3/h und am Dampferzeuger eine Dampfleistung von 6t/h bei 7 % Sauerstoffgehalt im Rauchgas am Kesselende eingestellt. Die erste Messung der Ein- und Austrittstemperaturen erfolgt nach der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Wärmeübertragers. Alle weiteren Messungen werden in festzulegenden Abständen vorgenommen. In der folgenden Tabelle sind zwei Messungen angegeben. Nach Berechnung der mittleren logarithmischen Temperaturdifferenz und der Bestimmung der Enthalpiewerte, vorzugsweise des Wassers, ergeben sich die Verschmutzungsgrade.The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
