The invention relates to a method for starting and controlling synchronous motors on belt drives for Massehtransport, especially in opencast mines.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
In the opencast mines, in particular the lignite industry, it is necessary to transport considerable amounts of roughage masses as effectively as possible. In addition to conveying in train operation and through conveyor bridges, belt conveyors are becoming increasingly popular. Disadvantages are the high electrical energy consumption, which is to be lowered.
Load and belt speed are to bring in an optimal ratio. Gurbandanlagen have mass transport, especially in opencast mines, large dimensions in the bandwidth and length. When loading this webbing systems z. B. with overburden occur in the stoppage significant problems. They are due to the operation of these belt systems with high belt speeds up to 10m / s and the kinetic energy in the overall system. In technological standstill, this kinetic energy is indeed consumed by the rolling friction, the full resistances, etc., but this leads to significant downtime or downtime. Therefore, when the drive motors are switched off electrically, mechanical brakes are used to decelerate this kinetic energy at the same time. These have the disadvantage of high wear and on the other hand their braking effect depends on the state of wear of the mechanical components throughout the brake system. Too hard adjustment of these mechanical brakes, leads to significant impact load on the mechanical transmission elements. Circuits are therefore known in which the asynchronous slip ring motors are electrically decelerated by direct current application of the rotor circuit. However, this requires a high technical effort, especially in the power and control electronics. The drive of such belt systems is predominantly via gears and three-phase slip ring motors. For small belt systems, short-circuit motors are used and the belt systems are put into operation by means of hydraulic coupling and gearbox. However, hydraulic clutches are unsuitable under extreme winter conditions such as those found in open pit mining. Three-phase slip ring motors have great advantages as starting motors for drive systems for belt systems, but require a relatively high expenditure on switchgear. The main disadvantage is that a belt speed control is practically impossible because of the high losses. The reactive power requirement must be additionally compensated by static capacitors. In addition, the speed of an asynchronous machine is load-dependent and therefore these drives develop a high tilting moment, which can be a disadvantage when blocking the drive. The synchronous motor represents an ideal electric drive for conveyor systems. The synchronous machine can work as a producer and as a consumer of active power and as a producer and consumer of reactive power. It only converts active power when running at cos φ = 1.0 and only reactive power when dercostp = 0.0. In general, synchronous motors work with coscp = 1.0. When the machine is running on a sufficiently large network, these four operating states and the intermediate states can be set as desired. The most significant disadvantage of synchronous machines as a belt drive is the starting behavior in overcoming a breakaway and acceleration torque. Various electrical circuit arrangements are known by means of which the synchronous motors are started or controlled. In particular, voltage controlled oscillators with a monoflop generator or circuits with frequency changes are used. For heavy belt drives, these circuits are unsuitable or associated with a high investment in equipment.
Darlegung des Wusens der ErfindungExplanation of the invention
The invention has for its object to take the synchronous drive motor without load by the belt system in operation and to achieve after switching on the excitation with the coupled mass flywheel synchronous speed.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that between the synchronous motor and the belt transmission a known control clutch is connected as a speed torque converter in between. By the inventive start-up control in particular a load-free start-up of the synchronous motor is given and is brought into the synchronous speed after switching the excitation. The control clutch is non-positively connected between the synchronous motor and the belt transmission and is controlled via an adjustable torque divider as a function of time that any desired start-up of the belt can be realized. The control allows, depending on the loading of the webbing, an optimal torque for the starting process can be impressed. Under certain operating conditions, eg. B. fully loaded band, under certain circumstances, an increased breakaway torque must be applied. This requires, for example, a brief over-excitation of the synchronous motor so as not to exceed the overturning moment. After overcoming the breakaway torque of the webbing of the synchronous motor is driven to energetic, optimal characteristics. Another advantage is that the torque divider is used to ensure that when loaded Gurtbundförderern the synchronous motor with a control brake motor in the ratio of the gear ratio is brought to a partial speed. Thereafter, the connection of the synchronous motor from the power grid with subsequent power connection takes place. Due to the speed increase as a result of the startup of the synchronous motor of the control motor is brought by the control clutch in proportion to the gear ratio in a super-synchronous speed and thereby becomes a brake motor. By appropriate voltage loading of the brake motor so that any output torque can be applied to the belt conveyor. Upon reaching the synchronous speed of the control brake motor, a belt speed control is realized simultaneously. By further braking of the control motor, for example by countercurrent braking, a further increase in speed of the belt conveyor is possible. When mechanically fixed by means of a suitable brake, there is a direct continuous mechanical, frictional connection between the synchronous motor and the belt conveyor. Another advantage is that the control brake motor is designed as drehstrompolumschaltbarer engine and can be used as a drive, brake motor and energy return. With the introduction of a variable three-phase control voltage for the control brake motor, coupled with belt tension monitoring, load-dependent mass flow control for loading the belt conveyor, integration of different mass application points, any belt speed can be achieved while minimizing energy consumption, belt and roller wear, and so on.
Between the synchronous motor 1 and the band transmission 2 is the control clutch 3 as a speed-torque converter. To secure a load-free start-up of the synchronous motor 1, the mechanical brake 4 must be released on the control brake motor 5 and secured by the switching unit 6, a network separation. Before the release for switching on the synchronous motor 1 by means of the main switching cell 7, the release of the synchronous brake 9 and excitation automatic 10 must be brought into the zero position in the integrating unit 8. Upon fulfillment of this electrical and mechanical locking condition, the switching on of the synchronous motor 1 by the main switching cell 7. Since the webbing 11 has a higher counter-torque compared to the control brake motor 5, initially takes place via the control clutch 3, a speed load compensation. The synchronous motor starts practically without counter torque. With the release of the speed monitoring 12 via the exciter automatic 10, the excitation of the synchronous motor 1. By linking the excitation current monitoring 13, the speed monitor 12 with the Drehzahlschlupfüberwachung 14 on the webbing 11 via the complex controller 15, the voltage setting for the switching unit 6 and their connection.
By the target-actual comparator 16 on the control brake motor 5 with the speed monitoring 12, the speed-slip monitoring 14 is achieved via the complex controller 15, the optimum belt speed. Upon reaching the rated speed of the webbing 11 of the control brake motor 5 is mechanically determined by brake 4.
