Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the regeneration of used wash liquors based on phosphate-containing detergents for the fleet reuse in washing processes, which can be found in particular in commercial laundry applications. According to the invention, after completion of a washing cycle, partial precipitation of the polyphosphates and surfactants is carried out by alkaline earth metal-containing compounds from the wash liquor, followed by sedimentation of the soiled product and subsequent separation of the decantate for liquor reuse. As a result, the wash liquor is regenerated, dirt and lint are separated without further process steps with the Ausfaellung. It is advantageous to use MgCl 2 waste liquor of the potash industry as a precipitant.
Description
The invention relates to a process for the regeneration of used wash liquors based on phosphate-containing detergent, which can be used in particular in commercial laundries application.
Common washing processes in single washing machines generally use washing and rinsing liquors only once, after which they are discharged into the sewage system, which in addition to considerable quantities of water, heat energy and unused detergents are lost.
For rinsing liquors, it is known, for example, from DE-AS1155416, DE-OS 2910140 and DE-GM 6606208, to use them several times after collection in containers and / or by coupling a plurality of individual washing machines in which the washing process has progressed to a different degree.
It is also known from DE-OS 2700440, DE-PS1125874, DE-OS 2632543 to reuse the clear wash liquor separately or in a mixture with the rinsing liquors. These Fleottenwiederverwendungen lead abertrotz reducing the use of detergent in the following washing cycles to an uncontrollable increase in concentration of water constituents, so that even with removal of lint and solid disperse debris, which is possible in principle by pressure filtration, the number of reuse cycles is limited.
From DD-PS 223637 or DE-OS 3513939 it is known to make an ultrafiltration for multiple use of wash liquors. As a result, a partial reuse of the laundry wastewater and the unused washing-active substances is possible. The disadvantages of this method can be seen in the considerable technological expense of ultrafiltration. Another disadvantage is that due to the cellulose acetate membranes, a pH reduction must be made to about 7, whereby after the filtration again an increase in the pH must be made.
Ziel ϋη ErfindungGoal ϋη invention
The aim of the invention is a reduction of water, detergent and energy consumption.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a process for the regeneration of used wash liquors aui the basis of phosphate-containing detergent for fleet reuse in washing processes, which allows simultaneous filtration of dirt and lint without filtration.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that after completion of a wash cycle, a partial precipitation of the polyphosphates and surfactants by Erdalkaliioneri containing compounds of technical purity from the wash liquor, then sedimentation of dirt laden precipitate and then a separation of the decantate for fleet reuse.
Advantageously, the partial precipitation is carried out by oxides, hydroxides, sulfates and / or chlorides of calcium and / or magnesium in solid or dissolved form.
As a magnesium compound of industrial purity, magnesium chloride waste liquor of the potash industry with impurities of NaCl and KCl can be suitably used.
Das molare Aufwandsverhältnis von Phosphorionen zu Erdalkaliionen beträgt vorteilhafterweise P:Me++ = 1:0,4 bis 1:1,2.The molar expenditure ratio of phosphorus ions to alkaline earth ions is advantageously P: Me ++ = 1: 0.4 to 1: 1.2.
Eine pH-Wertveränderung vor der Fällung ist nichterforderlich.be regenerated with the resulting temperature or after cooling. A pH change before the precipitation is not required.
komplexieren und im Synergismus mit den Tensiden die Oberflächenspannung des Wassers erniedrigen und so den Schmutzaus der Wäsche entfernen und dispergieren, nach der Fällung erhalten bleibt.complexing and, in synergism with the surfactants, lower the surface tension of the water and thus remove and disperse the soil from the laundry after precipitation.
abgetrennten Dekantat die Polyphosphate und Tenside ergänzt, und dieses als Waschflotte mit üblicherSeparated decantate supplements the polyphosphates and surfactants, and this as a wash liquor with conventional
Die Vorteile der Erfindung liegen im einfachen technologischen Ablauf, der beliebig oft möglichenor dewatered by means known in the art, wherein the resulting filtrate can be used to prepare the precipitant solution. The advantages of the invention lie in the simple technological process, as often as possible
The precipitant, which was added with stirring, came 8Ol
molare Verhältnis Phosphor zu Fällmittelkationen liegt damit bei 1:0,5.molar ratio of phosphorus to precipitant cations is thus 1: 0.5.
