Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to the field of storage and conveyor technology and describes a solution that combines a high-bay storage and a conveyor with regard to their funktionel'en effects.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
The state of the art includes high-bay storage, which are loaded or emptied by storage and retrieval units. For storage and retrieval machines, transfer points to other corridor or overhead transport means are always required, which act as a link between storage and production area. The disadvantage here is that for land transport means appropriate transport routes must be provided and kept free; Overground transport means such as e.g. Bridge cranes require elaborate support and support structures, which also require a ceiling height above the high bay storage. It would also be possible to use a bridge crane with a conveyor, z. As gripper, equip and drive directly to the high bay storage to z. B. transport container and bring them to the machining centers and vice versa. As a result, however, the o. G. Disadvantages not eliminated. In practice, such a procedure has not been proven. Furthermore, rotating storage hoists are known to operate on the windmill principle, a shelf with a round cross-section. The arms are rotatably mounted in the center of the shelf and have load-carrying means, which respectively run along the arms in guides inwardly and outwardly. Shelf trucks are as already mentioned tied to a circular shelf, require a relatively high material costs and are bound as Regalbediengiräte to the shelf. For coupling of shelf and production area further funding is required. Forklift trucks are widely used. However, these have limited Arbeitsshöl.en, transport routes, operators and fuels and maintenance and care costs.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The process of storing and transporting between storage and manufacturing area should be economized. The theoretically possible storage capacity should be unclear. Furthermore, a space-saving design is desirable.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
A conveyor and a '.ochregalspeicher should be combined with each other in such a way that all subjects of Hochregalspeich? Rs will: ι can and that can be transported without the use of other funding into the manufacturing area and there every point of the delivery room is reached. The supporting and supporting structure of the high-bay storage should only be a negligible spatial restriction.
According to the invention, a telescopic arm is mounted on a high-bay storage with disc-shaped basic structure. This is rotatable about a perpendicular to the disk surface of the high-bay storage arranged guide column and movable on this. At the telescopic arm a fork, a gripper or other technical means is arranged, with which the storage material is removed from the corresponding Regalfaco and transported into the manufacturing area inside.

The drawing is intended to illustrate the invention with reference to a drawing in which: The drawing shows two figures illustrating the storage and delivery system in front elevation (FIGURE 1) and side elevation (FIGURE 2) wall elements 1 umhüllterHochiegalspeicher 2 of predominantly circular disk shape is fixed in position by supports 5 and holders 4. D! o circle "'jnde form is then, however, not required. the thickness of the shelf plate 13 and thus the depth of the individual shelves 12 is directed to after The same applies to their width and height. The structural shell and the high bay storage 2 should be optimally matched to each other in terms of maximum space utilization.
