Abstract
Das Verfahren zur Gewinnung von granuliertem Natriumperoxydicarbonat umfasst die Wechselwirkung der Wasserstoffperoxydloesungen mit kalzinierter Soda in Gegenwart eines Stabilisators, das Dispergieren der Reaktionsloesungen in die Trocknungszone mit Impfkoernern des Produkts und das gleichzeitige Einfuehren einer waessrigen Suspension des Natriumperoxydicarbonats in die Trocknungszone bei einem Massenverhaeltnis der Suspension zur Summe der Reaktionsloesungen von (0,25-4):1, sowie das Granulieren des Natriumperoxydicarbonats.The process for obtaining granulated sodium peroxydicarbonate comprises the interaction of the hydrogen peroxide solutions with calcined soda in the presence of a stabilizer, dispersing the reaction solutions into the drying zone with seed nuclei of the product, and simultaneously introducing an aqueous suspension of the sodium peroxydicarbonate into the drying zone at a mass ratio of the suspension to the sum the reaction solutions of (0.25-4): 1, as well as granulating the sodium peroxydicarbonate.
