Die Erfindung betrifft ein fehlersicheres Automatisierungssystem mit Standard-CPU und ein Verfahren für ein fehlersicheres Automatisierungssystem. Das fehlersichere Automatisierungssystem besteht aus:

  • einer oder mehreren Standard-CPU-Baugruppen (CPU) zur Verarbeitung von Sicherheitsfunktionen
  • einer oder mehreren fehlersicheren Peripheriebaugruppen (F-SM, speziell bei Ausgaben: F-DO-SM) zur fehlersicheren Eingabe vom Prozeß und fehlersicheren Ausgabe an den Prozeß
  • einem oder mehreren Kommunikationskanälen (Kommunikationsmedien und ggf. Kommunikationsbaugruppen) zur Kommunikation zwischen CPUs und F-SMs sowie zwischen CPUs.
