Die Erfindung betrifft ein fehlersicheres Automatisierungssystem mit Standard-CPU und ein Verfahren für ein fehlersicheres Automatisierungssystem. Das fehlersichere Automatisierungssystem besteht aus:
- einer oder mehreren Standard-CPU-Baugruppen (CPU) zur Verarbeitung von Sicherheitsfunktionen
- einer oder mehreren fehlersicheren Peripheriebaugruppen (F-SM, speziell bei Ausgaben: F-DO-SM) zur fehlersicheren Eingabe vom Prozeß und fehlersicheren Ausgabe an den Prozeß
- einem oder mehreren Kommunikationskanälen (Kommunikationsmedien und ggf. Kommunikationsbaugruppen) zur Kommunikation zwischen CPUs und F-SMs sowie zwischen CPUs.
- one or more standard CPU modules (CPU) for processing safety functions
- One or more fail-safe I / O modules (F-SM, especially for outputs: F-DO-SM) for fail-safe input from the process and fail-safe output to the process
- one or more communication channels (communication media and possibly communication modules) for communication between CPUs and F-SMs and between CPUs.
