Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung mit programmierbarem Speicher zum automatischen gitterfoermigen Verlegen von duennen Lackdraehten mit hoher Genauigkeit insbesonders zur Herstellung von Messplatten fuer Digitalisiergeraete auf einem x-; y-Koordinatentisch. Auf dem Koordinatentisch sind zwei um 90 horizontal schwenkbare CCD-Zeilenkameras vorgesehen, die Massabweichungen der Lage der Draehte und die Draehte auf Risse, Knicke und Knotenbildungen kontrollieren und bei Qualitaetsmaengeln die Vorrichtung stillsetzen.
