/Ч.-1 wvcr.thtnysgebiet der ErfindungThe invention relates to the invention
The invention relates to a device for the uniform distribution of suspensions, in particular of mica pulp. The solution according to the invention may, for. B. in a sheet forming process from a suspension are used.
As in the paper industry, it is also crucial in the processing of mica into paper-like webs to distribute the sheet forming material very evenly across the width and length. So far, principles from the paper industry have been used, which are specially tailored to the properties of the pulp used there (see also "The raw material mica and its use", Volume 2, Point 6.3., Pages 40-47, published by: Bergbau - Handel GmbH Berlin, 1971) In the distribution of mica-containing pulp with these known technical solutions, problems originating in the material properties of the mica occur.Material inlets can not be distributed arbitrarily, ie reduced in cross-section, since otherwise blockages will make the flow irregular Furthermore, a minimum throughput must be ensured for certain quantities and grades of solids, since otherwise settling phenomena will cause the concentration in the respective feed to fluctuate. The headboxes used in the paper industry, which operate at an elevated pressure, can not be used for sensitive solid particles, such as B. mica flakes, be used. The stress of the baubles when pumping and flowing through narrow tube cross sections would have a negative effect on the shape of the tinsel.
Thus, DRP No. 587 088 shows a device for cleaning pulps, in which the suspension is thrown against a sieve by means of a centrifugal movement, whereby impurities with water escape through the sieve and the cellulose fibers themselves are retained. The inner centrifugal space has on the circular circumference of the screen surface guide surfaces with gutters, the cellulose fibers are guided and intercepted during the cleaning process on the screen by means of a entrained liquid layer and then can flow through the gutters in a room down.
Das DRP Nr. 275 252This solution includes the principle of a uniform and gentle distribution of recyclable particles (by rotation) and a uniform collection and removal of these valuable particles. However, this constructive solution is not for suspensions such. As mica pulp, suitable because when hitting mica particles they are transported to the respective baffles in radial movement and thus can additionally form a so-called filter cake. Furthermore, DE-PS No. 953 273 shows a device for the production of insulating bodies from a slurry of mica, in which the suspension (vertically inflowing into a feed tank) is added in centrifugal force and deflected into a further centrifugal mold, in which then the Production of the final product takes place. This solution ensures a symmetrical supply of material and a uniform distribution of valuable material (mica platelets) on the circumference of the molding, by two coupled spin processes. The disadvantage here is that this principle is not suitable for a continuous mica paper web production. The DRP No. 275 252
B. einer Glimmerpapierbahn.also shows the solution of a mica gluing machine, in which the mica particles are evenly sorted and distributed by a centrifugal force on a rotating plate. This principle is used when using mica splits, but does not solve the problem of producing a flat web such. B. a mica paper web.
The solution according to the invention is intended to enable quality-appropriate sheet formation from suspensions.
The invention has for its object to provide a device for uniform distribution of suspensions, especially mica pulp, which allows a gentle and uniform distribution of the solid particles over any width. Variations in the concentration of the suspension should be distributed over the largest possible area, so that errors in the area occupation can be minimized.
The features of the invention consist in that the centrifugal unit is formed from a feed hopper and a rotating disk arranged perpendicularly below the hopper outlet, a unit nozzle being arranged in the upper region of the hopper for the tangential introduction of the suspension. The suspension receives due to their inlet velocity and the shape of the hopper a corresponding tangential acceleration and impinges as a spiral flow on the rotating plate to be further accelerated there. Centrally to the axis of the centrifugal unit, a two-part collecting surface of corrugated form formed from continuously vertically arranged guide surfaces and gutters is arranged, which has a curvature obeying the circular function of one of the tangent function in the range of 0 to 85 ° and in the range of 85 ° to 90 °.
The collection area includes both the spin area for the suspension and the drip area for them and forms a unit. The lower portion of the corrugated ends of the collecting surfaces is cut obliquely to form desired drip points. The draining area is followed by a drainage space for combining the suspension flows of both collecting surfaces. By an appropriately selected wave distance, any number of corresponding drip points can be generated. In this specific case, this number depends on the amount of substance, the concentration and the property. Furthermore, this also depends on the speed and the diameter of the rotating disk. Thus, in the distribution of a mica suspension, the speed and the diameter of the rotating disk to be selected so that the impact velocity of the suspension drops is kept low and segregation does not occur due to different density. The distribution profile is determined using the collecting areas.

Fig. 2). A suspension 1 via a feed connection 2a of the hopper 2 introduced tangentially, where it undergoes an acceleration and exits as a spiral flow 2b the funnel output - of Figure 1 will. The vertically disposed below the funnel exit 2b rotating disc 3 receives the rotating suspension flow, accelerates them tangentially and distributes them evenly over a circular area. Centrally to the axis of the centrifugal unit (2, 3) is a collecting surface 4 formed of continuously vertically arranged guide surfaces 4a and troughs 4b (which is divided into two parts) (see Fig. 2). According to Fig. 3, the collecting surface 4 has a corrugated shape. The collecting surface 4 covers the centrifugal area 5 for the suspension 1, with a similarly trained drip area 6 joining seamlessly. Subsequently, there is a drainage chamber 7 for combining the suspension streams of both collecting part surfaces, wherein the outlet for the suspension 1 over the largest width of the collecting surface 4, is arranged via a sheet-forming collecting device.
If the collecting surface were chosen to be circular, an uneven distribution of the suspension over a surface would result over the coverage area under consideration (compare dark areas in the area 5).
