Abstract
FigurThe invention relates to the wet digestion of organic raw materials, preferably of marine animals, which come into direct contact with steam. Therefore, it is used in feed production where these conditions occur. If in this known method the raw materials are digested, separated from the oil-water mixture and dried, the bruises produced during the drying process are sucked out according to the invention, compressed to increase the pressure and temperature and fed directly to the cooking process, where they condense for the most part. The uncondensed broths are relieved, separated from the entrained air, recompressed and returned to the heat-consuming process. By using the Bruedenenergie an optimization of the process takes place. The invention relates to a process for the production of animal feed by the wet digestion of organic raw materials, preferably of marine animals. It is therefore to be used to perfect this wet process, in which takes place by supplying direct steam, the digestion of the raw materials.
In order to make the proteins contained in the organic raw materials effective as feed, they must first be disrupted in their cell structure. A preferred method for this is the wet process, in which the raw material is subjected to a cooking and sterilization process, then pressed and finally dried. For the raw fish, this is known, for example, from DD 88251, after which the minced fish is cooked, then a fish water-oil mixture is squeezed out and the solids-containing phase is fed to a dryer. The resulting vapor or, if the dryer is heated with flue gas. The vapor-flue gas mixture is discharged into the atmosphere. This process is very energy consuming, since both the cooking and the drying process a lot of heat energy is necessary. Particularly unfavorable from an energetic point of view is that the evaporation heat expended during the drying process is lost by blowing off into the atmosphere. The derived vapors also lead to an environmental impact, as they contain many unpleasant odors. So are also known plants that are assigned to the process of feed production from raw fish to eliminate these vapors. This happens, for example, by condensation, but without taking advantage of the heat released during the condensation.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the energy required for the production of animal feed from organic raw materials and at the same time to eliminate the polluting the environment vapors with their unpleasant odors as far as possible.
Based on the described disadvantages of the known wet process for the digestion of organic raw materials, which have their cause in the incomplete utilization of the energy used, it is an object of the invention to propose a method for the production of feed from organic Rohsteffen that allows a minimum energy carrier release to the atmosphere ,
According to the invention, the solution to this problem by a method in which in a known manner well-insulated system sucked off the resulting during the dry process of the digested organic solids vapors and, after they were compressed to increase pressure and temperature, the cooking process of organic raw materials fed directly and there are mostly condensed.
According to another feature, the compacted, the cooking process supplied and not condensed there residual vapors are sucked together with the newly emerging there vapors via a flash tank for air separation and re-supplied to the cooking process via a compressor.
According to another feature, the extracted and compressed vapors are supplied to other heat-consuming processes.
By this procedure according to the invention it is ensured that the production process of animal feed from organic raw material by the wet process runs without appreciable energy losses.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment. The accompanying figure shows a flow chart of the feed production from fish and fish waste according to the method of the invention.
The fish and fish waste 1, which can not be used for human consumption, enter a cooking apparatus 2 in which they are cooked and sterilized. For cooking, compressed Brüdendampf 3 is introduced directly into the estate. By the levy. the thermal energy condense the vapors. The non-condensable fraction of vapors 4 is derived. The cooked product is fed to a separator, mainly screw press or horizontal centrifuge 5, in which the pressing water 6 is separated. At the same time, the unpleasant odors bound to the condensate are separated. The remaining solids 7 are fed to a dryer 8. The dryer 8 is heated with saturated steam 9. The resulting condensate 10 is discharged and fed to the steam generator. The dried material 11 reaches the further processing stages. The vapors 12 formed during drying are fed to a compressor 14 via a suction line. Here, the vapors 12 are brought by supplying thermodynamic energy to the necessary for the cooking process temperature and necessary pressure. About the pressure line 13 of the compressed Brüdendampf 3 enters the cooking apparatus 2. In the startup process of the system, the steam from the steam generator via the line 15 is supplied to the system. The uncondensed in the cooking process vapors 4 can also be passed through a flash tank 20, separated there from the air, via the line 16 to the compressor 14 and then fed back to the cooking process. The air 18 is blown off via the valve 17, but this is only a minor part. The compressed vapors can also be supplied via line 19 to other heat-consuming processes.
Thus, the effectiveness of the known wet process for the digestion of organic raw material for feed production by the use of vapor energy are greatly increased while reducing the urinary nuisance.
