Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine bewegliche Schutzeinrichtung fuer Schnittwerkzeuge, insbesondere fuer Kreissaegen. Die Schutzeinrichtung besteht aus mehreren Teilen, die so angeordnet sind, dass diese beim Durchlauf des Schnittgutes definierte horizontale und vertikale Bewegungen ausfuehren, so dass immer das Schnittwerkzeug waehrend des Schnittvorganges abgedeckt ist. Dadurch wird die Verletzungsgefahr und die Laermexposition verringert.The invention relates to a movable protective device for cutting tools, in particular for circular saws. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, indem die Schutzeinrichtung aus mindestens zwei beweglichen Teilen besteht, die hauptsächlich dadurch charakterisiert sind, daß diese vorrangig horizontale oder vorrangig vertikale Bewegungen durch den Transport des Schnittgutes beim Schnittvorgang erfahren. Dadurch wird der Teil des Schnittwerkzeuges, welcher sich während des Schnittvorganges nicht im Schnittgut befindet, im vorderen Bereich durch den horizontal beweglichen Teil der Abdeckhaube und im oberen Bereich durch den vertikal beweglichen Teil der Abdeckhaube abgedeckt.
