Abstract
The invention relates to a release agent for metal parts, in particular transport and assembly aids in the powder coating (vortex sintering, electrostatic or electro-kinetic coating) of reinforcing steel for silicate concrete. With the invention, a cheap, easily adjustable release agent based on a water-soluble binder is to be developed, the adhesion to the metal is smaller than the liability for Lackueberzug, which represents no health risk for coming into contact with these agents people and meets the fire safety requirements. According to the invention, the object is achieved by a homogeneous mixture consisting of 1.4 to 2.5% by weight of cellulose glycolic acid 44.0 to 52.5% by weight of an inert inorganic powder, such as shale meal, talc, chalk, 46.0 to 53, 5% by weight of water. The release agent according to the invention can generally be used for removing metal objects from a mold. Temperatures up to 200C only affect the separation process positively.
Description
eine homogene Mischung bilden.form a homogeneous mixture.
The invention relates to a release agent for metal parts, in particular transport and assembly aids in the powder coating (vortex sintering, electrostatic or electro-kinetic coating) of reinforcing steel for silicate concrete.
In the production of reinforced silicate concrete, the corrosion protection of the reinforced steel occupies a dominant position, since the hydrothermal hardening of the concrete creates an environment which does not ensure permanent passivation of the steel. The steel is coated with a powdered anti-corrosion agent. In this process machine parts, transport and assembly aids such as fixing and holding steels are co-coated, their reuse of a complex, permanent cleaning, i. Removal of corrosion inhibitor, required.
There are known a number of release agents for demolding articles from a mold tool, which are predominantly limited to the manufacture of articles made of a specific material (DE-PS No. 2440110, DE-OS No. 2,702,930, DE-AS No. 27 25209 ). They offer for o.g. Iron or steel products no release agent layer, as they are usually not resistant to the required temperatures of about 180 ° C.
No.44606 describes a process for producing layers of polyvinyl alcohol on, for example, metal, wood, paper, fabric and plastic materials, which also enables the formation of films by coating carriers on which the polyvinyl alcohol film, if Once dried, it has no adhesiveness. One can then easily separate the coating from its carrier. Polyvinyl alcohol dispersions having a specific saponification number are prepared and used. Experiments with this release film on steel or iron parts as protection against the powder corrosion inhibitor, applied by vortex sintering, showed no satisfactory solution.
No. 139808 once contains a release agent solution of 2,5-cellulose acetate. Since this acetate is insoluble in water and soluble only in specially composed solvent mixtures, the use of a mixture of methyl ethyl ketone and methylene chloride is suggested.
Both substances are burdened with considerable risks, both medically and as regards fire protection.
With the invention, a release agent for metal parts ^ ie mounting and transport aids in the powder coating of reinforcing steel for silicate concrete is used, which is cheap and easy to manufacture, no health hazard for people coming in contact with these agents and meets the fire safety requirements.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch eine homogene Mischung, bestehend ausThe invention has for its object to develop a release agent based on a water-soluble binder whose adhesion to the metal is smaller than the adhesion to the powder coating, the release agent does not affect the quality of the powder coating and remain due to its good adhesion to the powder coating composition with this in silicate concrete can. According to the invention the object is achieved by a homogeneous mixture consisting of

44,0 bis 52,6 Ma.-% eines inerten anorganischen Pulvers wie Schiefermehl, Talkum, Kreide, Kaolin, Quarzmehl 46,0 bis 53,5 Ma.-% Wasser.44.0 to 52.6 mass% of an inert inorganic powder such as slate, talc, chalk, kaolin, quartz flour 46.0 to 53.5 mass% of water.
At room temperature, 1.4 parts by weight of cellulose glycolic acid are dissolved in 46.0 parts by weight of water using a stirrer. After completion of the dissolution process, 52.6 parts by mass of an inorganic inert powder, for. B. slate flour, added and incorporated. The steel bars are immersed in this coating material. After a single immersion and drying remains a release agent film with a layer thickness of 250 to 300μ, ιη.
Analog Beispiel 1 werden 2,5 Masseteile Celluloseglykolsäure in 53,5 Masseteilen Wasser gelöst. Danach erfolgt die Zugabe von 44 Masseteilen Quarzmehl. Die Schichtdicke des auf dem Stahlstab getrockneten Trennmittelfilms liegt zwischen 300 undAs in Example 1, 2.5 parts by weight of cellulose glycolic acid are dissolved in 53.5 parts by weight of water. This is followed by the addition of 44 parts by mass of quartz flour. The layer thickness of the release agent film dried on the steel rod is between 300 and
Es werden 2,0 Masseteile Celluloseglykolsäure in 49,0 Masseteilen Wasser gelöst. In diese Lösung werden unter Rühren 49,0 Masseteile Talkum eingearbeitet. Diese Suspension ergibt auf dem Stahlstab eine Trennschicht mit einer Dicke von ebenfalls2.0 parts by weight of cellulose glycolic acid are dissolved in 49.0 parts by weight of water. In this solution 49.0 parts by weight of talc are incorporated with stirring. This suspension gives on the steel rod a release layer with a thickness of also
