Abstract
The invention relates to a filter with injection-molded filter surfaces, which is used in the infusion and transfusion technique. The aim and object of the invention is to improve a proposed filter made of plastic, so that any accumulation of air in the filter chamber avoided or the excreted from the liquid air can escape from the filter chamber. This is achieved by means of an evacuation grid, which is designed as a one- or two-dimensional coordination grid as a function of the filter shape.
Description
The invention relates to a filter with injection-molded filter surfaces, the fine-meshed design is achieved by net-like and extending in different angular position webs and limits together with a consisting of a ring and a supporting frame, the filter shape stabilizing body a filter chamber. The filter is used in infusion and transfusion technology.
It has already been proposed a filter that consists of a filter body mittragendem scaffolding and a filter surface arranged therein. This filter is integrally formed and its existing of many thin webs filter surface is made together with the basic shape stabilizing the filter shape of a plasticized by injection molding plastic mass. The filter surface and the base body define a filter space that is accessible only via the mesh. In addition, the filter surface was designed as a flat-injected mesh fabric, so that preferably a prismatic filter form is created.
The filtration and transfer of blood and blood components not only restrain microaggregates to the 10-pm range, but also prevent gas bubbles from passing if they are of a mesh size impassable to the mesh. The air then still occurring in the liquid accumulates in the upper part of the filter chamber, whereby the filter area can be reduced and the high standards of infusion and transfusion therapy may be impaired.
The aim of the invention is the elimination of the disadvantages indicated to achieve its best effect while maintaining the advantages of the one-piece plastic filter.
The invention has as its object to develop a filter with injection-molded filter surfaces, which avoids any accumulation of air in the filter chamber. It is further desired that washed-out or excreted after passing through the mesh air from the liquid can escape from the filter chambers prismatic designed and hollow cylindrical sprayed filter.
According to the invention the object is achieved by an integral with the filter body evacuated evacuation grid, which is designed as a one- or two-dimensional coordination grid and its associated with the filter chamber grid openings are arranged in series or net-like.
Expediently, the two-dimensional coordination grid formed as a mesh grid can have accommodation with the filter surface, in which the grid openings have a shape and size which are matched to the meshes of the filter surfaces and / or the mesh grid forms a mesh unit with the filter surfaces.
In the case of a prismatic filter, the grid openings are located in the upper part of the body which stabilizes the filter shape. The filter body provided with the evacuation grid is made of a plastic mass plasticized by injection molding.
Diese zeigt inIn the following a preferred embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. This shows in
Fig. 1: the sectional view of the upper part of a filter with a series grid and Fig. 2: the top view of a hollow cylindrical sprayed filter with a mesh grid.
According to the invention, and in particular according to their applications in the infusion and transfusion technique, the filter is integrally formed with its injection-molded filter surfaces and advantageously designed prismatic or hollow cylindrical. As FIG. 1 shows, the filter surfaces and a framework designed for the prismatic filter form define a filter space which can only be reached via the meshes of the filter surfaces. The meshes are known to be formed by web-like webs and may be depending on the course of these webs and their distances from each other square or rectangular or rhombus or rhomboid.
The scaffolding receiving the filter surfaces and a ring molded under the scaffold (not shown) form the base body 1. This base body 1, which simultaneously stabilizes the filter shape, is provided with an evacuation grid, which according to FIG. 1 is designed as a one-dimensional coordination grid and its grid openings connected to the filter space 2 are arranged in series. Their arrangement in the upper transverse part of the base body 1 allows optimal filling of the filter chamber without restricting the filter surfaces. In contrast to this filter with a prismatic filter form, FIG. 2 shows the plan view of a hollow-cylindrical filter body with evacuation grid in the form of a two-dimensional coordination grid. This is designed in the same network construction as the filter surfaces by means of webs 3. With them, a mesh grid is created, which has an accretadation with the filter surfaces. Its grid openings 4 thus correspond in shape and size to the mesh of the filter surfaces. The preferred accommodation of the net lattice to the filter surfaces gives rise to a mesh unit, which is likewise of integral design and, together with the base body stabilizing the filter shape, is produced by injection molding from plasticized plastic material.
