Abstract
Vereinzelungsvorrichtung fuer bogenfoermiges Informationsmaterial mit Transportwalzenreinigung, die zur automatischen Entnahme von Informationsmaterial zum Bedrucken geeignet ist. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, eine im Aufbau einfache und in der Herstellung kostenguenstige Vereinzelungsvorrichtung mit gleichzeitiger Transportwalzenreinigung zu schaffen, die es ermoeglicht, das Informationsmaterial exakt zu vereinzeln, optimal zu transportieren und qualitaetsgerecht zu bedrucken. Die Erfindung besteht darin, mit einer umlaufenden Transportwalze Informationsmaterial aus einem Vorratsbehaelter zu entnehmen, wobei durch einen Teil des Luftstromes einer Blasduese der erste Bogen vom darauffolgenden abgesetzt wird und der andere Teil des Luftstromes die bei fehlendem Informationsmaterial die auf der Transportwalze vorhandene Verschmutzung beseitigt sowie die Trocknung der Reinigungswalze beschleunigt. Die Erfindung ist anwendbar bei Druckeinrichtungen, z. B. zum Bedrucken von Etiketten.
