Aus der dabei hergestellten Platte werden dann die leistenförmigen Leichtbaukern 8 durch Sägeschnitte entlang den Kernfrontflächen 9 abgetrennt. Gemäß einem speziellen Beispiel betrug die Grammatur des für die Stützweilen 4 verwendeten Papiers 120 g/m2 und die des für die Versteifungswellen 5 und die Decklagen 7 verwendeten Papiers 60 g/m2.
