Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Known decoration methods include the grinding method, the wax and asphalt etching method, the wax blasting method and matting methods, and the laser method, the screen printing and stoving, the metallurgical finishing method, and the glass glue gluing method. The disadvantages involved are, for example, inaccurate decoration, high energy and time, excessive costs, high manual effort. The sandblasting process has been used as a technology for about 40 years. Wax and various templates have hitherto been used, with inaccuracies in the contours and subtleties inevitably reducing the quality.
A dimensionally accurate reproducibility is not guaranteed with these methods. The known methods have the disadvantage that filigree decors are not rationally produced due to the aids used.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is a method that allows a filigree, abrasion-resistant decoration of glass, ceramic and metal by means of sandblast compared to previous sandblasting techniques and finishing technologies with less effort in working time and material in terms of better quality and precision using cost-effective auxiliaries.
Wesen der ErfindungEssence of the invention
The invention has for its object to provide a method for finishing of hollow and flat glass and ceramic and metallic materials, which ensures the production of abrasion-resistant, filigree decors on the basis of a sandblasting technology.
Das Entfernen desAccording to the invention the underlying object is achieved in that a sandblast resistant screen printing agent in the form of a PVC paste with the trade name GE 401/50 PSD is applied in a direct printing process as a decoration aid. To obtain a favorable consistency and a better optical visibility of the PVC paste glass screen printing ink in the ratio 5: 1 is added. The decoration aid is dried at 200 ° C, wherein it comes to the dissolution of the PVC in the plasticizer. Then sandblasted in a closed system. Removing the
Decoration aid in a 40 ° C water bath ends the machining process.

Manually or mechanically produced hollow glasses are printed with the PVC paste in the context of conventional screen printing technologies, dried in a tunnel or muffle furnace at about 200 ° C. and then sand blasted in a closed system, for example with a corundum "K 10" is then removed by brushing manually or by machine using warm water.
Beispiel 2Example 2
Window glass, interspersed flat glass or flat glass to be refined by mirroring, mechanically or manually produced antique glass, table tops and window decorations in the form of cabinet discs are printed by screen printing according to Example 1 and then sandblasted and cleaned.
Beispiel 3Example 3
Technische Dekore wie Skalen auf Hohl- und Flachgläsern, Meßgeräten, elektronischen Geräten auf Basis Metall werden gemäß Beispiel 1 veredelt.Technical decors such as scales on hollow and flat glass, measuring instruments, electronic devices based on metal are refined according to Example 1.
Beispiel 4Example 4
Ornamental ceramics are partially finished according to Example 1. It is possible to achieve monochrome glaze-enhancing products with new decoration variants.
Beispiel 5Example 5
Inscriptions on metal are made abrasion-resistant and filigree according to Example 1. The method according to the invention can be carried out to obtain scales in general and from those for electrical and electronic devices.
The process ensures a low energy and labor cost and a large-scale finishing possible. As an alternative to previous technologies such as screen printing and sanding as well as sandblasting with wax and stencils, decors can be made more accurate and filigree. At the same time, economic deep-blasting is made possible with a corresponding application thickness, so that new optical effects are created in consumer goods and technical products.
