Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Magnetfiltereinsatz zum Entfernen magnetischer Bestandteile aus Suspensionen und Fluessigkeiten, der ueberall dort eingesetzt werden kann, wo aus Fluessigkeiten oder Suspensionen magnetisierbare Bestandteile entfernt werden muessen. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Gestaltung eines Magnetfiltereinsatzes, dessen Saeuberung ohne grossen manuellen bzw. apparativen Aufwand moeglich ist. Dabei soll die Gefahr der mechanischen Zerstoerung der Matrix-Elemente vermieden werden. Die Erfindung beschreibt eine einfache Vorrichtung, nach der die Matrix zur Saeuberung nicht in ihre Elemente zerlegt werden muss und eine Zerstoerung ausgeschlossen ist. Die Matrix-Elemente des Magnetfeldes sind in einem Matrixbehaelter angeordnet. Die Behaelterwaende sind suspensions- und fluessigkeitsdurchlaessig, der Behaelterboden stellt ein die Matrix-Elemente tragendes Element dar und kann als Ring, Halteklaue, Loch-, Gitter- oder Rostboden ausgebildet sein. Der Matrixbehaelter besteht aus Material mit Durchbruechen, Streckmetall, Gewebe oder Stabmaterial. Zwischen den Matrix-Elementen koennen sich Abstandshalter befinden.
