These are primarily animal by-products, low-quality roughage and coarse feed and problematic feed containing harmful or inhibiting substances. The solution according to the invention makes use of the surprising fact that the production culture used in its substrate specificity adjusts to the particular nutrient supply in stable fermentation processes maintained over prolonged periods, so that further substance groups are utilized simultaneously with the main process, which precipitate in an increased yield microbial biomass and in the reduction of the proportion of registered pollutants. The preparation of the raw materials is carried out according to the above-described technologies, the ratio between the main raw material and supplied inferior raw material is determined from each empirically to be determined secondary activity of the fermentation process and the fermentation process itself is adapted by reaction and composition of the production population of the complex substrate.
The separation of the protein-rich fermentation product takes place after entry and intimate mixing of empirically determined and calculated quantities of comminuted coarse feedstuffs. Depending on the coarse feed used, the dissolved and undissolved substances of the fermentation product are more or less deposited, so that the separation of the microbial biomass can be carried out together with the other solids advantageously by flotation or filtration. On the other hand, the separated aqueous phase compared to previously described method is greatly changed, because at the same time a part of the fresh salts of the nutrient solution have been removed and conversely not insignificant amounts of extract substances from the feed fraction in the solution remained. Thus, according to the invention, the wastewater of the process can be almost completely attributed to the stage of raw material preparation, because a limitation of the microbial metabolism through salt concentration no longer occurs. The solid phase obtained can now be used in the wet state after interposition of a heat step, which causes the thermolysis of the biomass, together with supplementary feed components as animal feed or there is according to the invention a compression of the mixture under such conditions that at the same time the biomass loses its viability and the cells are destroyed, the cell walls surprisingly developing an additional binding effect.
The end product results in a high-quality ready-to-use protein concentrate feed, which fits into any feeding technology, has sufficient shelf life and has cost advantages over the above-described process products significant advantages.
The main raw material for carrying out the process according to the invention is, in particular, those high-energy feed concentrates, such as gramineae, leguminous plants, roots and tubers, in any desired preparation or processing form. In addition, other agricultural C sources may be used provided they are sufficiently available and meet the condition of maintaining a stable fermentation process.
The components of the fermentation medium used according to the invention, which in the broadest sense are to be designated as unusual, inferior and poorly utilizable, can be selected, alone or in combination, in particular under the following groups of substances: manure, slurry fillers and biosludge from manure preparation; spoiled animal feed; pollutant-containing products of the oil industry such as press cake and extraction pellets, but also oleaginous seeds themselves; forest biomass of any consistency; Inferior roughage which as such is poorly accepted by the animal.
Abfallprodukte. As in the context of the invention also applies if one or more of these components is introduced in any other process step except the fermentation in the process, because it has surprisingly been found that these substances are upgraded within certain limits as part of the protein feed mixture according to the invention feed technology. In the context of the invention, coarse feedstuffs are to be understood as meaning green fodder, silage, dry grassland, hay, straw, chaff, shavings, chaff and flour of any agronomic and forestry plant groups which are suitable for animal feed purposes, including industrial processing or waste products.
It is a particular embodiment of the method according to the invention that the native raw materials or secondary raw materials for biotechnological conversion and / or for digestion in the animal body are microbially and / or enzymatically and / or chemically pretreated, including mechanical / thermal treatment steps.
The microorganisms used for the biotechnological material transformation are in principle prescribed species of yeasts, fungi and bacteria, wherein depending on the complexity of the substrate, a specific selection, breeding and adaptation has to be made. In particular, symbiotic mixed populations and / or extreme ecological fermentation conditions are used, wherein the production organisms must have a suitability for feed purposes suitability, toxin formation and the formation of negative flavors and aromas must not occur and in addition to the actual microbial biomass formation special emphasis on the biological value of the biomass and their content of growth substances, active ingredients and trace elements. Particularly advantageous is a composition of the mixed population, which causes both a hydrolysis of the polymeric C sources and sufficient protein enrichment with simultaneous utilization of offered in the nutrient substrate pollutants. Without restricting itself to this, a mixed population of Endomycopsis bispora or Endomycopsis fibuliger and Geotrichum candidum or Candida utilis is mentioned in this sense, as part of a continuous fermentation at temperatures between 33 and 40 "C and pH values between 4-4 In the case of such an inferior component, which already has a high proportion of C-containing substances, the addition of valuable energy sources can be relatively small In the example given, the ratio of wheat meal to rapeseed meal was 2: 8. If larger quantities of animal waste (manure) are to be co-processed, it has proven advantageous if the manure as such or as fugate, ie "After separation of the solid components, using thermophi bacteria is fermented at temperatures up to 70 ° C, with the majority of C sources is fed from high-quality energy sources. The reaction product can be introduced after a washing stage in any stage of the process according to the invention, expediently after application of hydrolyzing measures.
Höhere Zugaben an Grobfutterstoffen, z. The crude feedstuffs to be introduced according to the invention for separating the protein-rich fermentation product are determined in terms of quantity and quality according to the specific feeding target. Starting from solids content in the fermentation medium up to 10%, an increase of the dry matter content to 20% is generally sufficient to achieve a substantial simplification of the substance separation. In this ratio, the character of the final product is preserved as protein concentrate feed. Higher additions of coarse feeds, eg. B. in a proposed use of the final product for cattle feeding, fully comply with the idea of the invention.

Entsprechend ist auch zu verfahren, wenn das Futtermittelgemisch als Flüssigfutter eingesetzt und dazu thermolysiert werden sollThe technologies used for wet compression are known in principle and most of the existing systems can be used for this purpose. It is essential, however, that the temperatures occurring during compression in the product must have a minimum of 80 ° C, but as a rule should be more than 150 ° C. If a higher than the storage stability achieved is required for the lumpy end product, then preservatives, for. As benzoic acid, in amounts of 0.1-0.5% before pressing. An increase in the temperature range occurring during compression can also be achieved by preheating the feed mixture by steam injection or indirect heating in heated mixers. Accordingly, it is also to be done when the feed mixture is used as a liquid feed and to be thermolyzed to do so
The following examples are intended to explain the essence of the invention in more detail.
To prepare a protein feed for cattle, grain is continuously taken from a silo and, after passing through a mill, is mashed as a meal with fugates of pig manure at 5 ° C. in a tube-equipped container. A pump delivers the mash to a steam injector with which superheated steam is introduced under pressure. After passing through a residence section, the steam-mash mixture is expanded into an expansion vessel. The resulting vapors can be used to heat the mash during saccharification. The thus pre-maceration is fed via a cooling section to a second stirred tank, in which the addition of amylase preparations at p H 5.4-5.7 and temperatures of 60-80 0 C, the starch liquefaction takes place. The stripped digestion product is exposed to a second saccharification step at 50 ° C. and pH 4-5. The negotiable portion should contain about 8% RS (reducing substance). The saccharified mash flows into a stacking container and is adjusted to an RS concentration of 8% with further Fugatanteilen before use in the fermenter. The temperature should be between 30 and 35 0 C. The biological protein synthesis takes place in a Tauchstrahlfermenter, with which a high oxygen input performance and thus a high productivity is ensured. 10 tonnes of manure refugates are used for 11 cereals. Approximately 50% of the required N components and 30% of the P components for the biological conversion are covered by the fugates, so that the addition of each 1.2 kg N and 0.03 kg P from inorganic sources (eg ammonium sulfate and double superphosphate ) is required. The fermentation is carried out at 30-35 0 C, a residence time of 4-5h and a pH of about 4-4.5, wherein the pH correction is carried out using H 2 SO 4 . The microorganism used is Candida utilis. In the fermentation product to the dry matter content (TS) in the ratio 1: 1 coarse feedstocks, consisting of 50-70% manure solids of pig manure and 30-50% of a chopped green mass or dry green mass, registered. Likewise, optionally other coarse feedstuffs (eg straw chaff) can be used in the same ratio. The mixture is homogenized by means of a horizontal screw and thermolysed by means of superheated steam. The product is intended for immediate use in feeding, this requires further supplementation with nutrient salts and energy components.
In the same manner as in Example 1, a protein feed for cattle from potatoes is prepared as a fermentation raw material and forest biomass as a roughage component. For this purpose, about 0.5t potatoes / h continuously from the warehouse on Redler, conveyor belt and scale to the continuous washing and steaming system (power 10t / h) promoted, where they are steamed at 120 0 C and then crushed. With the addition of 9.2 t return water (50 0 C) is homogenized in a provided with stirrers container of about 25 m 3 content. The discharged from the homogenizer mass enters two mashing vessel where the addition of enzyme (alpha-amylase and glucoamylase) of potato starch is hydrolyzed at 60 ° C and 8O 0 in two Verzuckerungsstufen to glucose. The negotiable portion is set to 8% RS. The saccharified mash, in which about 10% of the potatoes used are contained as pulp, runs into a stacking container and is then cooled down to 25 ° C. in a cooler. The hot mash is cooled with recirculated water in countercurrent in 1st and in 2nd stage with fresh water. The fermentation is carried out analogously to Example 1. The expiring yeast-Pülpesuspension (23.5 t / h) passes through a mixing container in which finely chopped forest biomass such as bark chaff, sawdust, sawdust, etc. in a ratio of 1: 0.5 of biomass TS are registered and then via a rotary cell filter apparatus with which the liquid phase is separated. The incurred liquid phase is completely recycled to the digestion stage. The product is compressed with the addition of 0.2% benzoic acid at 150X to pellets. The use in cattle feeding takes place according to the feeding goal to be made to any other feed components.
To prepare a protein concentrate feed for pigs, 8: 2 rapeseed meal is mixed with sage, mashed with water 1:10, the starch gelatinized at 80 ° C and mixed in a mixed population of Endomycopsis bispora and Geotrichum candidum at 35 ° C, pH 4; 5, fermented in a continuous fermenter. The residence time is 6-8 h. The fermentation product thus obtained, which is obtained with the addition of further nutrient salts according to Example 1, contains about 90% DM with 45-50% RP. To completely eliminate the pollutants contained in the rapeseed meal, the fermentation is followed by a post-ripening phase in a stirred tank at 30 ° C. The product thus obtained can be directly supplied to the preparation of liquid pig feed; In this example, it was prepared with a coarse feed, namely alfalfa dry green flour, analogous to Example 2 to a storable product. Thus, not only the rapeseed meal of the pig could be made available, but by using such a roughage as alfalfa or the like, the feed potential that can be used for industrial pig farming increases.
The usable as coarse feed components were pretreated by simple acid hydrolytic digestion using waste acetic acid at temperatures of 40-60 0 C 5h. In this treatment, about 20% of the cellulose goes into solution as low molecular weight compounds that can be used. After separation of the solids, the acetic acid-containing liquid phase is fed directly to the fermentation, the solid phase is used as in Example 1 and 2. According to this example, an additional protein gain results from the biomass increase achieved via the utilization of the cellulose components and the waste acetic acid.

This example provides for the reversal of the fermentation principle shown in Examples 1-3, in that the enrichment of the biomass in the coarse feed itself is aimed at by intensified silage. For this purpose, the leachate produced in silage plants, which are essentially enriched with lactic acid bacteria, in a fermenter after adding a high-quality C source. fermented according to Example 1 or 2. The fermentation product is continuously rained over the silage plant, so that the ensiling process is intensified and results in the solid according to the C source additional protein accumulation.
