The invention relates to a continuous process for the preparation of a biuret poor Aramonnitrat-urea liquid fertilizer, which is particularly suitable as a nitrogen-containing foliar fertilizer
This method has the disadvantage that for dissolving urea in water due to the relatively low Dissolution rate in the saturation region high residence times are required, which have a considerable expenditure on equipment result. Since the dissolution of the urea in addition to the high residence time temperatures> 100 0 C are necessary in this procedure, the hydrolysis of urea, which leads to N-loss, favors} · At the same time transforms under these conditions, a portion of the urea according to equation I.

The aim of the invention is to propose an economically favorable process for the continuous production of a biuret-poor ammonium nitrate-urea liquid fertilizer.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zu entwickeln, das die Herstellung von Ainraönnitratr Harnstoff-Lösung mit einem Biuretgehalt'« 0,25 % mit minimalem energetischen und apparativen Aufwand ermöglichte Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß fester Harnstoff in einer ammoniakhaltigen, wäßrigen Ammonnitratlösung bei einer Temperatur von <65 0C und einem pH-Wert von => 7,0 gelöst und das überschüssige Ammoniak in einem nachgeschalteten Reaktionsschritt mitThe invention has for its object to develop a method that allows the production of Ainraönnitratr urea solution with a biuret '' 0.25 % with minimal energy and equipment expense according to the invention, this object is achieved in that solid urea in an ammonia-containing, aqueous ammonium nitrate solution at a temperature of <65 0 C and a pH of => 7.0 dissolved and the excess ammonia in a subsequent reaction step with
The inventive method, it is possible to maintain the temperature during the manufacturing process of the ammonium nitrate-urea solution to 50 - 65 0 C without additional cooling. Compared with the solution of urea in concentrated urea solution, the dissolution behavior and thus the dissolution rate are decisively improved, resulting in a reduced residence time and thus a reduction in the apparatus size in relation to the throughput quantity. The resulting low dissolution temperature and the reduced residence time result in biuret formation and urea hydrolysis kept to a minimum.
Biuret formation and urea hydrolysis during the production process of the ammonium nitrate-urea solution are further suppressed by the present invention when dissolving the urea high NH 3 excess and thus largely avoided N losses.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to a drawing.
