The invention relates to a method for bonding vibration units in acoustic systems, in particular in microphones and loudspeakers.
In the production of acoustic systems, especially dynamic microphones and loudspeakers, it is necessary »to connect the voice coil firmly to the diaphragm, so that the coil movements can be transmitted txakt. For bonding, mainly solvent adhesives are used. They find a wide application in practice because of their easy handling (adjustable viscosity, long open waiting time, relatively short evaporation times, high initial strength, good adhesive resistance).
However, the solvent adhesives are burdened with a number of disadvantages. Particularly disadvantageous are the deformations caused by the necessary evaporation of the assemblies in the 70 to 80% shrinkage of the adhesive. The solvents contained are flammable, as organic chemical products particularly valuable and less environmentally friendly · Also solvent-free joint-filling adhesives, eg. As epoxy resins, cyanoacrylates and methacrylates, have disadvantages such as difficult technological handling multicomponent systems, heat curing for extended periods of time, lack of climatic resistance and relatively high costs.
242015 J242015 J
In contrast, the effective use of hot melt adhesives requires a high temperature load on the preheated overall system in order to achieve good adhesion between the adhesive and the assemblies. The use of dispersion adhesives has a negative effect in particular with regard to the long drying times, low initial strengths and low temperature resistance.
It is also known that, especially in the production of molded parts and the furniture industry, processes with radiation-curing UPe resins are increasingly being used, which lead to a more efficient and effective production process.
The aim of the invention is to develop a method which ensures optimal bonding of vibration units of acoustic systems while avoiding the mentioned disadvantages.
Dabei werden folgende Forderungen an den Klebstoff gestellt: -Variationsmöglichkeit in der EinsatzviskositätThe invention has for its object to achieve the physical-technical requirements of the acoustic system sufficient bonding of the vibrating units. The following requirements are placed on the adhesive: -Variationsmöglichkeit in the use viscosity
- kein Fadenziehen bei der Verarbeitung -große offene Wartezeit, mindestens 24 h- no stringing during processing - large open waiting time, at least 24 h
- schnelle Aushärtung, große Anfangsfestigkeit nach 5 bis 10 min- rapid curing, high initial strength after 5 to 10 min
- fugenfüllendes Verhalten, Schrumpfung unter 10 % - gap filling behavior, shrinkage below 10 %
- keine Temperaturbeanspruchung der gesamten Schwingeinheit- No temperature stress on the entire vibration unit
- ausreichende Temperaturfestigkeit auch für höher beanspruchte akustische Systeme (Lautsprecher)- sufficient temperature resistance even for higher-stressed acoustic systems (loudspeakers)
No influence of adhesive or solvents on frequency range and used materials of the acoustic systems.

.According to the invention the object is achieved in that an adhesive between the voice coil and the membrane acoustic systems is applied. The curing is achieved by the copolymerization of an unsaturated polyester with the solvent-acting unsaturated monomers initiated by the use of high-energy radiation. The variation of the use viscosity and a higher thermal load capacity is achieved by mixing the unsaturated polyester adhesive with a slowly reacting polyfunctional isocyanate hardener. Particularly in the case of UV curing, in order to achieve uniform irradiation, the emitter must be arranged in a reflector with the shape of an elliptical subcylinder in such a way that the emitter is arranged in one focal point of the ellipse and the other focal point is below the working surface, depending on the irradiation width effective curing of the open in the direction of irradiation or UV-permeable adhesive bead possible. ,
