Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein intrauterines Pessar zur Empfaengnisverhuetung, das von einem Aezt in die Gebaermutter eingelegt wird. Waehrend das Ziel der Erfindung in der Entwicklung eines einfachen und sicher zu handhabenden Antikonzeptionsmittels besteht, ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, dass dieses leicht, sicher und ohne Schmerzen in die Gebaermutter einfuehrbar und ebenso wieder entfernbar ist und Druck- und Zugbelastungen in der Gebaermutter sowie Verletzungen der Gebaermutterwand vermeidet. Erfindungsgemaess wird das erreicht, indem die zentrale Achse des aus einem elastischen Kunststoff bestehenden Grundkoerpers an ihrem proximalen Ende mit einer halbkugelfoermigen Verdickung versehen ist und unterhalb dieser Verdickung mindestens zwei regenschirmartig gebogene Arme, die wiederum zwei glockenfoermig gebogeneArme tragen, angeordnet sind. Die Pessararme weisen an ihren Enden kugelfoermige Verdickungen auf.
