Verschattbares Gebäudedach aus lichtdurchlässigen KonstruktionselementenShadowed building roof made of translucent construction elements
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a combined shading and environmental energy absorption for the design of heat and water supply systems for individual greenhouses and greenhouse complexes.
Die Anwendung derartiger Heizungen bringt gleichzeitig infolge Verbesserung des vertikalen Temperaturprofiles Energieeinsparungen bis zuCharacteristics of the known technical solutions Greenhouses are currently predominantly brought to the temperatures necessary for vegetation by a combination of air heating and heating via finned tubes. The heat energy is generated in 'fossil fuel' heating plants. Increasingly, waste heat from power plants in greenhouses is being used, using low-temperature surface heating systems, such as solar panels. B. the Pußrohr- or floor heating. However, locations where power plant waste heat is provided are limited, so "a separate source of heat for many sites still has to be built up." The use of such heaters also brings energy savings up as a result of improving the vertical temperature profile
Furthermore, it is known that by casting with warm water also .. Vegetation improvements can be achieved, but this is not applied widely effective.
In order not to let the temperatures in greenhouses become too high in the summer, on the one hand aired, on the other hand the greenhouses are partly buried (eg B, by reed mats) or sprinkled with water for (evaporative cooling).
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
It is the object of the invention to provide the heat for maintaining the vegetation by integration of heat protection and generation of heat, primarily from environmental energy, largely without fuel input,
?/esen der Erfindung? / Esen the invention
The invention is based on the object by training. and operating suitable combined shading and environmental energy absorbing components, in conjunction, in part, with a heat pump and storage system, to achieve a combined supply of heat for heating and irrigation water. Through this . Solution eliminates heating houses or are substantially softened. At the same time there is the possibility of protection against excessive sunlight and securing the vegetation. According to the invention, the object is achieved in that per se, known sheet-like heat exchangers are used as shading and thus act both as Umweltenergieabsorber as shading and bei'Betrieb the heat pump as radiation cooling surface. The regulation of energy can z. B. depending on the greenhouse temperature. The installation of these facilities can be done both inside and outside the greenhouses. "The sheet-like heat exchangers can be both a rigid metal or plastic construction but also flexible roll-up bands. In simple smaller systems, the operation may also be possible without a heat pump. The effectiveness of the sun's radiation can be increased if the application is made below the roof inside the greenhouse, so that a collector effect between the roof and absorber occurs.
The main element of the proposed system according to Figure 3 Solarab sorber (4), alone or in conjunction with a 'heat pump (5) cLie provide heat from the environment for the greenhouse. Depending on the outside temperature and radiation intensity, the absorbers (.4 ') can also be used as shading elements in positions 1-3. This additionally achieves a certain radiant cooling effect during operation of the absorber. The heat is used directly for heating or, either to a pouring water (6) - or Heizheiz- ^ memory (7) or in consequence on both depending on the temperature level Vj - * transferred, from which the humidification or the heating (via the foot tube - or floor heating) in particular. At night can be done. At outdoor temperatures below ca - 2 0 C (with current training of Y / härmepumpenaggregate) then there is the possibility of tempering the greenhouse from a boiler (8) bzw.i is also a classification of a Heizwasserspeichers (if necessary «also the Gießwaaserspeichers) as a long-term storage possible so that with an appropriate size bridging the cold period is also possible from this long-term storage,
' The solar absorbers (4) are arranged as flaps above the roofs of the greenhouses according to Figures 1 and 2 so that they can be operated in different positions depending on sunshine intensity and desired exposure, preferably, a total rotation angle of 90 ° should be elected in three positions. '
Stellung 1 volle VerschattungPosition 1 full shading
Stellung 2 Teilverschattung Stellung 3 geringe VerschattungPosition 2 partial shading position 3 low shading
In the three positions either the heat extraction by the heat pump or the direct use of the absorbed heat is possible. At stand-alone. Greenhouses, the arrangement of Figure 1 is expedient, for row houses that of Figure 2.
The entire heat supply system can then be controlled by a computer, preferably with a microprocessor, if a corresponding number of greenhouses are to be supplied.
